  I made a reservation with Enterprise through Priceline two weeks in advance specifically to secure a large SUV. Everything seemed fine until the day before my scheduled pickup, when they called me to say they didn’t have the vehicle size I reserved. What’s the point of booking ahead if the reservation isn’t actually guaranteed? Waiting until the last minute to notify customers is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic planning and professionalism. This left me scrambling to figure out alternative transportation with almost no time to prepare. Very disappointing experience. I would not rely on them if you actually need a specific vehicle.

  I dealt with Dulce when I left, she had a great car ready for my reservation and she was helpful and friendly. Upon return, Tiffany made the process smooth😐, fast and easy. Folks like these are why I use Enterprises.

  I will never rent from Enterprise again! They would not allow me to pay the rental fee with cash or debit card. I understand that they need to have a credit card and I gave them my credit card for purposes of the security deposit. I wanted to pay the actual rental fee with my debit card or give them cash and they said they could not take either for security reasons. I get maybe not wanting to have cash on site but what security reasons could they possibly have for not wanting to allow payment via debit card. Credit card payments can be challenged easier than a debit card payment. It makes zero sense to me!!! We ended up not getting the rental SUV and I had to take my much smaller 4-door sedan on our road trip which was way less than ideal… at least we made it up to the mountains but for someone who may not have had alternate transportation, this would have been a huge problem and likely would’ve caused them to have to cancel their trip entirely. We were cramped but at least we had some form of transportation. Sadly, cash is no longer king and people don’t use their brains anymore😢

  Showed up and was told they can't rent to me without a credit card, but that debit could be used for the final purchase. I was advised that the airport Enterprise might be able to accept debit, and that I could email them myself. I asked if there was an ATM nearby, and instead of being told that they don't accept cash either way, I was told there might be one nearby. When I returned the employee was gone and I was denied and was condescendingly told it was "probably customer service" when it was an employee in their store. Be more direct with the policy since it's store by store, and I'd advise they train their employees to be more clear when being asked about payments. Genuinely awful service.

  Es la segunda ves que rento un auto en esta ajencia la primera ves fue algo complicafo pero la segunda ves fue algo mas facil por que llene todo la informacion por el telefono adi que la demora fue poca este ultimo me doeron un auto que aunque nuebo poco cuidado con ralladuras en la pintura y la alfobra rota y sin las partes protectoras delantera el aito sin liquido refrigerante menos del minimo y con gasolina que solo me dio para llegar a una gasolinera este auto era algo ruidoso lo lleve el dia siguiente para que lo cambiaran y nunca me llamaron para atras tampoco embiaron la documentacion a mi correo lo entregue un dia antes con mas de la mitad de gasolina ,el personal muy atento pero cuando vas a entregar el auto nisiquiera hay un personal para redibilo tienes que estar buscando a alguien otra cisa que te quieren vender todo tipo de seguros inesesario aunque en esta tube el auto por 13 dias gaste menos que la otra ves por que me vendieron todo tipo de seguro que no nesesitas
