  Great experience at this location. Had to get a rental for a few days while my work truck was in the shop. Chris and Kayla were incredibly helpful getting me a rental for that I could keep doing my job while waiting for my repairs. First available was a Jeep Gladiator, and although it wouldn't be something I would normally drive, it was very nice! The drop off was super easy as well. Don't remember the name of the guy helping me, but he was very nice and helpful as well. 10/10 experience. Thanks!

  The Entire Staff; Manager, and Associates were professional, friendly, courteous and over all outstanding. We had an issue with our rental and they took care of us and exchanged our vehicle. Particular recognition to the Manager and Ms. Dulce DeZantil. Dulce is a energetic, motivated associated, dedicated to customer service. She promptly took care of our problem. We recommend the personnel in this Enterprise rental vehicle.

  Absolutely horrible. The woman on the phone failed to mention several key things that would be required. To anyone who needs a rental car same day - do not go here. Also the staff is very indifferent and treats you like a burden.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CARS DONT HAVE BREAKS , CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON , DOESNT Go faster THAN 50mph ! THEY WONT SWITCH THE CAR OUT BC ITS AN INSURANCE CLAIM IF N WHEN I HIT SOMEONE IM SUEING EVERYBODY INVOLVED! DO NOT RENT HERE

  Over the last few weeks and throughout the year I’ve had trouble with my vehicle ( that’s for another review LOL ) but I’ve been back and forth with Enterprise having to rent a vehicle in the meantime and this was by far the most pleasant experience . It’s been a very aggravating time dealing with dealerships and service departments but when it came to Brandon Enterprise rent a car , it was a relief to finally have smooth and pleasant customer service all around .everyone on staff at this location was beyond pleasant , especially “ Tilly “ ! So so so refreshing to have a smooth and easy experience and a wonderful and friendly staff!
