  As a faithful Enterprise customer for the past 2 years, I appreciate how efficiently Enterprise provides their service, along with their willingness to correct mistakes when brought to their attention. Avery was amazing in processing me through and rewashing the car for me. She went the extra mile and it was deeply appreciated!! I was mistakenly up-charged for services and when I brought it to the attention of the staff at the W. Hillsborough, Tampa, Fl. location, Wake rectified it. It was a smooth and non-combative experience. Manny, your team members are stellar!! Great overall service and experience!! Thank you all!!!

  My husband and I rent from this location fairly often and it’s always the best around- this past weekend I rented a car for a personal trip, and Devon was fantastic from check in to explaining the value of some of the upgrade options, to following up a few hours after I left. Manny was also exceptional for the return! Thanks all!

  Manny went above and beyond to help me when the car that was reserved for me had a recall. However I needed a 7 passenger had to settle for the 5 passenger. He adjusted the price and I know he was trying his best to get me a car makikg calles and chexking other offices and even the dealer across the street. It took him over one hour to get me a car from another location so this put me behind schedule since I had a 300 mils drive.
