  The same person who checks you in should be the same person who checks you out. They use this paper that has a circumference to determine if damage needs to be repaired. One associate rented me the car after using that device to determine that all damage was minor. Now I’m turning it back in to someone else and they are claiming damage in order to keep my deposit.

  Horrible! When I arrived I heard another customer complaining about the associate claiming they saw a dent in the car. When I returned my car they claimed a crack on the bumper that wasn’t there before. Seems like this is what they are doing to keep deposits. I had pictures beforehand of all the scratches, one of which was long and on the front. They rented it to me anyway. Now they are claiming I put a crack in the bumper and now Lisa Patterson, the manager is holding my $300 deposit.

  5 min late to closing on a Sunday with the lady sitting behind the counter, they didn’t have the decency to answer the door. While your not obligated it shows a lack of concern for the customer. Won’t be back on principle.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise, mainly due to my interaction with Lisa. She was extremely rude, unapologetic, and completely unsympathetic throughout the entire situation. She called to inform me that my car wasn’t ready, which I understand can happen—but her tone and attitude were unacceptable from the start. When I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with the replacement vehicle she was trying to put me in, instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, she became visibly annoyed. Her attitude quickly shifted, and rather than working toward a solution, she chose to get defensive and dismissive. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me, which is completely unprofessional. Customer service should involve listening, understanding, and trying to resolve issues—not making customers feel like an inconvenience. This experience left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

  I’m extremely disappointed with Enterprise. Every single time I make a reservation, my car is never actually ready when I arrive. Without fail, I get a call asking to change the reservation time or switch vehicles. Today was especially frustrating—it’s my husband’s birthday, and we specifically reserved a convertible. Instead, I got a call from Lisa, who showed absolutely no concern or apology. She was rude and dismissive, offering excuse after excuse about why the car wasn’t available (something about a missing key), and then tried to put me into a cheaper vehicle without any real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. There was zero empathy or customer care. At this point, reservations feel meaningless if the company can’t honor them. I won’t be using Enterprise again.
