- PBP. Bea&JMay 25, 20263.0I didn't get the vehicle I booked and I was told about a deposit but customer was good and it was easy to extend for more time.
- MMMoMay 24, 20261.0Service with a smile but received a dirty car. This was expressed to both Carolyn and Justin at pick-up and drop-off. When I got the keys to enter the car it was full of what appeared to be sand- all over. All over the driver door handle and pocket, the gear box, the seats in the front and back. I took Carolyn back outside to show her the car- she went to clean it I guess but brought back a still dirty car. I couldn't wait any longer so I took the car. Enterprise do better. When I returned the car I was asked by Justin if the car met my expectations. I said the same thing. The car works fine. I did not however expect to be supplied with a dirty rental

They use this paper that has a circumference to determine if damage needs to be repaired. One associate rented me the car after using that device to determine that all damage was minor. Now I’m turning it back in to someone else and they are claiming damage in order to keep my deposit.

When I returned my car they claimed a crack on the bumper that wasn’t there before. Seems like this is what they are doing to keep deposits. I had pictures beforehand of all the scratches, one of which was long and on the front. They rented it to me anyway. Now they are claiming I put a crack in the bumper and now Lisa Patterson, the manager is holding my $300 deposit.
