I needed a vehicle last minute just for the day and the woman, I can't remember her name but was able to accommodate. As I waite, I watched her as she juggled the many customers coming in and did a fantastic job doing so. She was visibly stressed handling everything but did it so professionally and efficiently. Have to give her The recognition she deserves

I do not recommend this Enterprise location at 10010 N. Florida Ave. based on the level of customer service I received. I had a reservation scheduled for today with a 3:30 PM pickup from my home. I specifically spoke with an employee at 10:13 AM that morning to confirm the pickup. When 3:30 came and went, I called the location at approximately 3:43 PM to find out where my ride was, only to be told that my pickup was not even on file. Because of this, I had to inconvenience a family member to drive me to the location. Once I arrived, I provided my identification and was then asked to provide proof of my personal auto insurance. I questioned why this was necessary because I had already elected to purchase Enterprise's Damage Waiver/protection coverage with my rental. The employee was unable to clearly explain the requirement, so the store manager became involved. The manager explained that because some customers rent vehicles and allow other people to drive them, she requires her employees to obtain additional proof of insurance. Although I did not agree with the explanation, I cooperated and provided my personal insurance information. While the employee continued checking me in, I researched Enterprise's published information regarding its protection products and found information indicating that customers who purchase Enterprise coverage may decline to provide personal insurance information under certain circumstances. I then respectfully asked the manager for clarification because what I was reading did not appear consistent with what I was being told at this location. Instead of professionally addressing the discrepancy or explaining what specific Enterprise policy required my personal insurance information, the manager became defensive and repeatedly responded along the lines of, "Like I said...", reiterating that this was something she requires at her store. That response was particularly concerning to me. If this is an official Enterprise requirement, I simply wanted to know the policy and why it applied. If it is a requirement being implemented specifically by this location or manager, then customers deserve transparency about that as well. At that point, because of the manager's tone and the overall treatment I had received—from a confirmed pickup never being scheduled, to having to find my own transportation to the branch, to receiving unclear and conflicting information—I asked them to **cancel the rental and my reservation entirely**. Policies should be applied consistently and customers should be able to respectfully ask questions without being met with defensiveness or hostility. Regardless of the neighborhood or location of a branch, every Enterprise customer deserves the same level of professionalism, transparency, and respect. I came prepared to rent a vehicle and purchase Enterprise's protection products. Instead, I left without a rental because of how the situation was handled. The entire experience was disappointing and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this location based on the service I received.

We booked a car for 10:30 got there at 10:30 and didn't get helped until 11:20 and then they said our car isn't ready yet even though we paid and booked our resvervation to start at 10:30. They also asked us for more information so we stepped out of line and then 5 people walked in and they made us wait the entire line again even when we pointed it out politely. They then raised their voice and said this isn't their fault. I would stay far away from this place.

This location is a joke. I originally had a rental car through my insurance company while my vehicle has been in the body shop. Once the insurance coverage ended after 30 days, I became responsible for the rental costs because my car still won’t be ready until August 6. When I called to extend my rental for one additional week, I expected to be charged the standard weekly rate since I was now paying out of pocket. Instead, they started a new rental agreement and charged me the daily insurance rate, which is significantly more expensive than the regular weekly customer rate. Since my original rental agreement had been closed and a new one was created with me as the paying customer, not my insurance company… I should have been charged the normal weekly rate, not the inflated daily insurance rate. It feels like they took advantage of the situation instead of offering the most reasonable pricing. Very disappointing customer service.
