  I’m a Gold Member with 10 days away from Platinum and wanted to redeem my points for a rental. I had reserved a rental at Tampa airport but also reserved one at spruce st seeing as the price was WAY lower about $140 lower when redeeming my points at spruce st. So I decided to wait the 12 HOUR waiting period for anyone coming into the Tampa airport and still upon arrival was not able to pick up my vehicle because they had to put a $300 hold regardless of member status. I asked to switch from using a credit card as I hadn’t prepared for this level of extra credit needed and was notified ALL OUT OF STATE licenses are not accepted for use with a debit card at ANY LOCATION regardless of if you have a returning flight. This is false information as I’ve rented in multiple states including Tennessee and out of the country in Canada with a debit card. So in conclusion I wasted $40 in uber/taxi fees traveling to and from this location and was given false information that no enterprise rented with a debit card and out of state license with no deposit. I went over to the airport and had NO DEPOSIT AND NO PROBLEM USING MY DEBIT CARD on a beautiful Jeep Rubicon. I truly believe member status should override some of these so called “company policies” that employees falsely spread around. Unfortunately every location seems to have different rules and regulations and often times like this time it’s not posted as a notice before confirming your reservation and wasting your time and money.

  Terrible experience. Would not recommend coming to this location. Book my vehicle in advance, showed up to the location just to be told sorry we don’t have anything for you. Now I’m sitting out side in 95+ degrees trying to find another rental. Asked if they had anything available in or near us, they responded sorry can’t help you and completely disregard that I was standing in front of them and proceeded to type away.

  We rented a big box truck for a cross-city move and assistant branch manager, Connor, made it the smoothest experience possible. We were very happy with our experience here and as well Connor’s friendliness and touch of humor! If we need another truck rental, we’ll be coming back here - the truck was also brand new which was quite nice (15k mi.). Thank you Connor!

  Got upgraded to a van because the vehicle rented wasn’t there didn’t mind. When I got to my destination, the vein didn’t lock. If I got the driver‘s door locked then the side door and back door wouldn’t lock. All locks wouldn’t work together. WILL DEFINITELY CHECK THAT THE NEXT TIME I RENT A VEHICLE BECAUSE IT REALLY PISSED ME OFF. I HAD TO TAKE EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE.

  Very difficult to rent a car. Cant use debit card unless you provide pay stubs with current address (I literally moved 3 days ago). That’s a big flaw of enterprise as a whole, can’t be mad at employees for that. Manager of this location was awesome at explaining it though. Spoke to a female, brown haired employee at first and she didn’t explain a thing, just kept saying I wasn’t approved, clearly needs more training and not look miserable, wasn’t a joy to deal with. 1 star experience is because of her and enterprise policies. 10/10 manager.
