  I had to get my car repaired at Crash Champions nearby and everyone at this Enterprise location was so helpful and made the process seamless. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be picked up, and it didn’t take more than another 15-20 mins at their office before I was driving away in a car. The way they work with insurance and the body shop made a stressful experience so easy.

  I have rented cars from here before with no issues. I reserved a car and the morning I was supposed to pick up I receive a call about I needed to bring 2 proofs of residency. I have rented here several times but ok no problem. I provided my light bill. They said it needed to not have a past due amount. My bill did not have a pass due amount and the bill was actually due that day. They would not allow me to rent from them. The staff was actually rude and very disrespectful to me. I called the 800 number and went to another store and I did not have not one issue. This location would never get my business again.

  Very helpful. My insurance arranged the reservation but they called me to confirm the date and time I'd be picking up, and even gave me advice about handling insurance and purchasing a new car after an accident.

  The staff member at your Tampa Bush Blvd location, I believe his name was Rath Patel (I may be misspelling it), was absolutely outstanding. He helped me about 15 minutes before his office was closing, when my insurance company sent me to that location after a car incident. There were no regular cars available that evening except for a pickup truck, but he stayed after hours and made sure I was able to get a larger vehicle that I could comfortably drive home for a 2+ hour trip. He also advised me on how to switch the vehicle at another location later and helped resolve a few administrative hiccups that came up afterward. I am incredibly grateful for his help and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation. A+++ customer service.
