  I was not allowed to rent a full-size SUV because I am under 25. I am already being charged the Under 25 fee per day, opted in to the daily insurance fee, and you are allowing me to rent a car with Enterprise. So why then am I not allowed to rent a full-size SUV, which I needed and would have been much more helpful for my needs. Great customer service but upsetting I was not allowed to rent what I needed.

  All of these 1 star reviews are liars. And BOTS. Been dealing with enterprise Over 10 years. And never had any issue at all. Been to more than 1 and same service at each one. So 1 star lies.

  Horrible experience! Car was absolutely filthy, they didn't bother to wash the outside or vacuum the inside, food (corn), white feathers, smell of bird poop all over the car, bird dropping stuck to the inner back door / trunk door, sticky seats and arm rests, spills not cleaned on and under mats. Cracked windshield glass. Smeared dirt on inside upper 3rd of driver's windshield. Corporate unable to secure another car in the area. Three people in the family sanitized and cleaned this car for 1.5 hours so we could depart on our trip. Still couldn't get rid of the bird poop smell. Very disappointed in Enterprise overall. Employee simply smiled, said 'rental cars, right?'. Disgusted. In terms of safety, dirty drivers side inner windshield (smeared dirt), small crack in center area on windshield, no tire inflator kit, no car registration, employee stating lucky to have their cars come back with car mats. Will avoid Nebraska/Fletcher enterprise. Never again!

  Muy mala experiencia en esta ubicación de Enterprise, específicamente con Sabana, quien fue la persona que nos atendió. Desde que llegamos mostró muy poca disposición para ayudarnos o buscar una solución. Nos dijo que solamente tenían disponible un vehículo más pequeño y de menor categoría y que eso era lo que nuestro seguro había pagado. Al preguntar por otras opciones, básicamente nos dijo que ese era el carro disponible y que decidiéramos si lo queríamos o no. Lo más frustrante es que después fuimos a otro Enterprise y, con la misma reserva, nos consiguieron un vehículo mejor sin ningún problema. Claramente había otras opciones que se podían explorar, pero Sabana no mostró ningún interés en ayudarnos. Además, su manera de hablarnos fue poco amable. Para terminar, como cerraban a las 6:00 p. m., aproximadamente a las 6:05 nos hizo salir del establecimiento mientras estaba lloviendo, aun sabiendo que no teníamos vehículo y que estábamos esperando un Uber. Entiendo que una sucursal tenga un horario de cierre y disponibilidad limitada. El problema fue la falta de disposición para ayudar, la forma en que fuimos tratados y que ni siquiera nos permitieran esperar unos minutos bajo techo mientras llegaba nuestro transporte. Afortunadamente, en otra ubicación de Enterprise recibimos un trato completamente diferente y pudieron resolvernos con la misma reserva.

  Go somewhere else! I never received my $300 security deposit back, and when I tried to get help, the manager, Savanna, told me she “didn’t have time for my issue”. The location is clearly understaffed and easily overwhelmed. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 solely because a few employees, like Anthony, were genuinely helpful and kind. I rented a vehicle and had to extend my rental twice while my car was in the shop. When I eventually returned the rental, I was told their system was down and that the return would be processed once the system was back up. It has now been over a month, and my $300 security deposit is still nowhere to be found. I have contacted both the local location and Enterprise customer service, and neither has been able to resolve the issue. My bank initially issued a temporary credit, but it was later revoked after Enterprise failed to respond to the bank’s calls. At this point, I have been trying to recover my own $300 for over a month because of an issue that was completely outside of my control. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Never renting a car from enterprise again.
