  My first time ever in 20yrs having the worst experience here at this specific Enterprise location. I RSVP a car for 9am changed it to before 1230pm: got there at 1030am no cars. The worker put me in a dirty vehicle with damage to rear window. Air not blowing and Rear camera fogged out and pieces missing from gear shit. He said birds drop stool every-time they wash the cars, (ok). I drove picked up two passengers who both said we need a better car. I called back explained. Worker said take it to airport, I said can you call them he said no just go. I decided to drop everyone off and return the car back to the Gandy location. Manger Patrick Lawlor got upset because I complained about the car and service. I said I want to take pics of car and get a receipt; he put me out, and said never come back. He said we gave you one of our best cars at a compact rate. This is Enterprise now. I went to take more pics of inside car and he locked the car doors. I contacted Customer relations immediately. How do you handle a customer like that when Enterprise has a expectation set for being Top Tier in Customer Service and Rentals. A manger like this is bad for business. I would not tell anyone to go there to encounter the Manager Patrick Lawlor. He has no idea how customer relations work.

  Go to the airport enterprise instead of this one - had a nightmare experience with this W Gandy location Booked over a month in advance, only to be called 40 minutes before my reservation to learn that they have no cars. I called customer service and was told that it would be escalated to the area manager who would give me a call (he never did) Then, a few hours later this location calls me back to let me know that they do have a car for us after all. At that point, I was no longer in the area but asked if I could come back in the afternoon. The employee, Bob, assured me that he would save the car for us and we could come back at 2 PM. I even called back to double check and he reassured me he had the car and would save it. I could have used this time to call other rental companies, had I known that they would run out of cars a second time. He calls us back at 1:30, when we are uber on our way, to tell us that he has no cars again. First he said that no cars had been returned, but I reminded him that earlier he told me he had the car there. So he then says that car had to go to the shop and that’s why he doesn’t have it - I understand that unexpected things happen, but I do not believe that at all since the story seemed to change. I think this location massively oversold, and they don’t mind leaving people stranded 30 minutes before their reservation as a result of their poor planning. The employee did not apologize once - the staff at the airport enterprise were far more apologetic and helpful

  The establishment was filthy, the employees were rude and unprofessional at best and not accommodating to Enterprise standards. My company has used Enterprise for years and the service I received today were unacceptable. I booked a vehicle for a day and it was accepted on their website. I took an Uber and arrived and was told no vehicles were available. Why wasn't I told that before I arrived? I waited for hours and hours and still no customary updates or nothing. I shouldn't have to ask what's the update for my reserved vehicle. I should have been updated accordingly until a vehicle came available. Is this Enterprise standards? Pathetic!!
