  It’s the enterprise location at 4602 West Gandy Blvd. Manager Patrick Lawlor I went to pull into the parking lot to be dropped off to get my rental this morning, and the parking lot was completely full except for one space, but there was a car vertical that they were doing an inspection on with somebody that was renting their car, so made it impossible to pull into a space. So we just pulled up next to that car so I could just get out of the car here. Then this car starts to back up and I yelled hey you’re going to hit us because he was backing into our car, so I got ( I walk with a cane because of a disability) then he stopped pulled forward a little bit AND STARTED TO BACK UP AGAIN at this pint he’s backing right at me standing there I had to hold my cane up to stop him from hitting me he was that close, and laughing !!! then he pulls forward and pulls the car into the bay to clean it. That’s when I realized this was an employee. I yelled you could’ve waited a minute for me to get out of the car we were doing the best we could, did you think that was funny do you think being a jerk to a customer with a cane disabled getting out of a car and almost hitting them!!?? Totally inappropriate behavior for an employee. so, then he comes running into the building and he says what’s your reservation I don’t appreciate you talking to me like that, I’m in tears because you’re scared. I thought he was going to hit me. I don’t apricate your behavior you owe me an apology that’s unacceptable and I said who is your manager and the other guy said he is the manager with a shoulder shrug. Mow he tells me he doesn’t have a car for me and wont till late afternoon if at all. Funny how that worked once you were called out for bad behavior, and this is your manager??? Sadly, the other employees are very nice a professional and should not have to work under person like this. He is almost to the point of dangerous. I fully believe if not for the other customer standing there, he would have hit me on purpose because has he said “ I was blocking his way and slowing him down”

  The manager Patrick is a liar. He doesn’t know how to do his job. Charged my card $1000 without telling me and without putting me in another vehicle. He has provided no paperwork what so ever even though I returned the vehicle a week ago. He lied and told me the damage recovery unit charged my card, but when I called them they informed me they do not even have my card information on file. The other person’s insurance has taken full accountability and Patrick knows that. Something needs to be done about him.

  I’m only given into one star and this is not for enterprise altogether. It’s for the one on West gandy The lady who checked me out was super unprofessional, had an attitude from the beginning. It was just very rude. My Husband was very displeased with this as well. I rent with enterprise Every time I need to travel or just rent a car for around the town, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere because of this one lady and it’s very unfortunate when I find her name out. I will definitely edit this post for corporate.

  The team at the Enterprise on Gandy is fantastic. Always smiling and happy to assist. I always rent when I take my car for servicing at Lightning Car Repair and they are happy to drive me. The vehicles are clean and ready when I arrive Thank you, great job?

  We had a great check in experience with Michael! We came in super last minute and he helped us find a very affordable car for the kids weekend. In and out in about 15 min!
