    The agents at the Tampa International Airport went above and beyond to assist me in getting a vehicle after my reservation was lost at the Clearwater Airport. However, when the rental overheated and I was stuck on the side of the road in Sebring, FL, they said I had to wait for a tow and then take an Uber that they paid for to get Punta Gorda to get another rental, there wasn't any sense of urgency. After waiting for an hour, they agreed to let me go in the Uber and not continue waiting for a tow. Then they sent the wrong address to the Uber driver. The Uber driver was great - he took me to the correct location and I was able to get another rental. Tampa staff awesome. Roadside assistance not as much.

    I had such an exceptional experience with Enterprise at Tampa International Airport. Honestly, from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was their only customer. The level of customer service was incredible and something you just don’t see often anymore. From registration, to pickup, to drop-off, every single employee I interacted with was professional, friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. That team clearly knows exactly what they’re doing and takes real pride in creating a great customer experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy everything was. Enterprise should be really proud of the crew they have at TPA. I would absolutely recommend them again and will definitely use them in the future.

    Beautiful Van, Friendly staff. I was a little off put that I, a handicapped individual had to add myself as a driver for this car, when I CANNOT DRIVE a Non handicapped equipped van, to my rental agreement and pay an additional $15/day because your policy is the driver has to use a credit card in there name. I was renting the vehicle on MY CREDIT CARD WITH ME BEING THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTRACT, but only wanted my Sister listed as the Only Driver. They wanted her credit card or I had to add myself as a driver at an additional cost for it to stay on my credit card, and I don't even have a legal driver's license to operate a vehicle without handicap controls. So I find this policy completely FRAUDULENT just to get additional fees. Other than this issue it was an easy process.

    Charged for their maintenance failure I had a very disappointing experience with this location. Within 20 minutes of driving off the lot, the tire pressure light came on. I checked the tires and they weren't flat yet, so I filled them with air myself to be safe. Unfortunately, the tire was completely flat by that evening . I had to call roadside assistance and was charged for the service. However, when I took the tire to be inspected, the mechanic found that the valve stem core was loose. This was a clear maintenance oversight that existed before I ever touched the car. It is frustrating to be charged for a "repair" on a vehicle that wasn't properly inspected before my rental began. I tried to handle it responsibly by adding air, but I shouldn't be out of pocket for their mechanical failure. I also placed a call with customer service to go over this and they promised a call back by some team.And that hasn't been done yet either. So I checked my statement today.I was charged for the rental for the flat.And another eighty dollars for something else And I made sure the tank was full before I gave the truck back, so i'm waiting to hear what that story is about.

    This place was great! So helpful and kind. We had already booked and checked-in online so we didn't even need to go to the area in the airport, it said go straight to the garage but this was our first time so we weren't sure, so we were looking quite confused, thinking of standing in line to ask where we needed to go but then a man came out from behind the counter and helped us and directed to where we needed to go. It was a very brief interaction but it left its impact. I'm sorry to say that I don't really remember his name but I think it was something like John. And then when we were driving one of the days a rock flew up and made a tiny crack in our windshield and we were worried we would have to pay for it even though it wasn't something that we could have avoided or even our fault and then we were also late returning the car because we missed our exit so we had to drive all the way across the bridge again but anyways the point being they didn't charge us for dropping off late and the process of dropping it off went really easy and fast which was supper important when we were late for our flight. Anyway, it was amazing over all and the car was really nice too, I'm used to the Nissan brand but we got a KIA and it took a second to get used to the break which seemed a little bit more sensitive but it drove so smooth. I'm back home now and I miss the suspension on that car. 10/10 would recommend.
