  I had an excellent experience with Carolina Pagan at Enterprise, and I want to take a moment to recognize her outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, Carolina was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for when dealing with travel and transportation arrangements. What stood out most was how attentive and genuine she was throughout the entire interaction. Carolina took the time to answer my questions clearly, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with the process. She never rushed me, and her calm, positive attitude made the experience feel personal and welcoming. That level of care really makes a difference. Carolina clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in the way she treats customers. She was efficient without being impersonal, kind without being overbearing, and knowledgeable without making anything feel complicated. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism and warmth so naturally, and Carolina does exactly that. Because of her excellent service, my experience with Enterprise was smooth, pleasant, and memorable for all the right reasons. I would absolutely recommend Carolina to anyone renting from Enterprise, and I would be more than happy to work with her again in the future. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

  Made a reservation a week in advance. They did not keep the reservation and did not offer even the slightest help. Just “sorry no cars and we won’t call anyone”. Couldn’t even be bothered to let me know before I showed up in person. Garbage company, garbage staff. Avoid this place.

  I was a bit disappointed with this branch. I picked up from them in the morning after getting off of my cruise. I had to drive a friend of mine to the airport so time was important to me as well. I get to the branch (rented from Enterprise) and they tell both the person in front of me and me that they don’t have any cars at the moment and they’re just waiting for returns to come back. I ended up waiting an extra half an hour just far a car. I have plenty of experience renting from Enterprise as a gold plus member, and I have not had an issue like this happen before. They should be more prepared for mornings when cruise ships come back due to their proximity to the port. When I returned the car the next day, they were also telling people picking up that they still didn’t have any cars as well. When I dropped off, one lady that worked there (I forget her name) was very apologetic and asked if there was anything she could do to make it better. I wanted to write this review to let customers know about the short inventory, not to badmouth any employees.

  This enterprise and their staff are amazing. I dropped off my car and had a reservation at another location and they didn’t have a car available for me. So, I called this location to see if they could help me and Carolina was so kind and helpful. I came straight to this location, she helped me get a vehicle that best suited my lifestyle and work. She even helped me call my insurance to make sure everything was all good to go. She even offered to go fill up the rental with gas so I didn’t have too. Overall, i’m very impressed with the service, speed and also just their willingness to help with the situation. Thank you Carolina and team you are incredible!!!!
