- NANoor Azam2 days ago5.0Alan, Dominique, and Kaitlyn have been so so helpful! Been having so many issues with my car that I end up needing last minute rentals and the employees at this location always go above and beyond for me. I go out of my way just to come to this specific location and will wait on getting a car until they have one for me rather than visiting other locations. Such a great team!
- CEChristina Everson5 days ago5.0The other driver was found at fault in my accident, and their insurance covered repairs of my car as well as an Enterprise rental. The Enterprise process was so smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly too.
- OFOscar Franco6 days ago1.0Alan J. HAYES He was very rude, simply because I am Mexican—even though my license was perfectly valid. He claimed that wasn't the reason, but the truth was he just didn't want to rent me a car. Because of him, I wasn't able to take my family to Disneyland.
- AEArielle Eubanks-CarswellSep 28, 20265.0They are an awesome team!! Thank you to Dominique for getting behind my 3 row van to push it while I steered it into a parking spot to be towed. Thank for my rental......the ENTIRE team! Caitlyn and Christian are very professional and endearing team members🫶🏾 UPDATE: Thank you Dominique for referring me to Tom with Sales. Tom with Sales on Adamo is the best!!!! ❤️
