  I've rented from Enterprise several times and have generally had good experiences, but this rental ended on a stressful note. During the return inspection, the manager pointed out a small dent on the lower rocker panel and initially informed me that I might be responsible for the damage. I asked Enterprise to provide the pre-rental inspection report or photographs showing that the damage was not already present when I picked up the vehicle ( of course they didn't have any of that ). After reviewing the situation, the manager decided not to pursue a claim, my deposit was returned, and no additional charges were assessed. They made me waste an extra half hour on something that could have been avoided from the beginning. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved fairly, but the experience highlighted the importance of proper vehicle documentation before every rental. My advice to anyone renting a vehicle is don't rely solely on the employee's walkaround. Before leaving the lot, take a complete video and photos of every side of the vehicle, including the wheels, bumpers, roof, and especially the lower rocker panels and underside if visible. Those few minutes can save you a great deal of stress if questions arise at return. I hope Enterprise continues improving its inspection and documentation process, as it benefits both customers and the company.

  The return was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. I requested a call back form a Director of Customer Service and it’s been 3 days and no one has called me. I would like for a Director or Vice President of Customer Service form Corporate to call me so I can share my experience, figured out what when wrong and how this could be avoided in the future. The return was in Fort Lauderdale not Tampa. The issue was with Fort Lauderdale. Thank you, Jorge Vazquez
