  My sales rep was so very helpful and thorough with the search and purchase of my vehicle. I can't say enough wonderful things about Enterprise car sales as a whole, but once everything was complete my sales rep actually came out to my newly purchased vehicle to help delete all the previous users information and make sure my phone was programmed to the vehicle and show me all this specific vehicles features. I didn't even ask for him to do so, he just did it. He went through the vehicle with me to make sure everything was working and appropriate before I left. I had previously assisted my mom with a purchase from Enterprise and knew I would return. The previous sales rep was no longer there, I thought this gentleman had big shoes to fill after the first experience; I was so wrong. My sales rep blew him out of the water with the extra cars he showed. I now know, and have personally experienced, EXACTLY why he's the sales office MVP. With all the sincerity, I truly feel my sales rep should be apart of the corporate team training sales reps or at least putting ideas together of how to go the extra mile. In this unstable economy, the entire team at the Tampa store made the process such an easy and respectful experience. Thank you so much. WE WILL BE BACK!!! (Already working on getting my adult children in the door or at minimum at their local sales location as they live out of state).

  Be careful with this place, even when you say youre no longer interested in getting a car they'll run your credit with whatever random car they want to

  The staff at at the Hillsborough Enterprise was one of the best experiences my family and I could have asked for. Manager Nicole and her staff help me to find a car that I could afford and that was reliable for me and my children. They were super patient with my ADHD son and all my fears, they made us feel like family. I would highly recommend visiting their store for your next car.
