  Beyond horrible. Stay away at all costs. I made arrangements with the dealership to purchase a car from this location today. Provided a down payment, approved my credit, spoke with TJ to go over warranties delivery etc. In the middle of the conversation, he asks to call me back. After an hour I received a call saying they decided to sell the car to someone else. No reason, no apology, I would be very cautious. I can’t imagine any dealer doing this. Beyond unprofessional. TJ also refused to assist in having the credit inquiry removed. I asked to speak with the manager who made the decision. I was told Bernie Hearn but he refused to take my call.

He was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than trying to pressure me into a sale. I really appreciated that he didn’t have the old-school, pushy car salesman mentality that so many dealerships are known for. Instead, he answered all of my questions honestly, gave me the time I needed to make a decision, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize his manager, Nicole. She was friendly, welcoming, and you can tell she truly supports and cares about her team. It’s clear that the positive culture starts with leadership, and it shows in the way customers are treated. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with people who genuinely care, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales.   We had no idea what to expect , but Lizzy was fantastic and very professional. She made the process very easy to follow and we left in a few hours with a safe car for my wife. We highly recommend enterprise,Lizzy and the team to deliver.
