We have been in the process of buying a vehicle for several months. We reside in TN and we were so nervous buying out of state. When I called we were immediately greeted by Tu Dinh! She immediately went above and beyond, even on her off day, and made sure that we felt comfortable and secure with our purchase. We were hopping from one vehicle to another, being indecisive, and not once were we rushed, pressured or felt like we were being annoying. Dominic also helped us in the process and went above and beyond when pulling credit and going through financial questions. We ended up going with a newer model and my family and I are so happy God placed us in their path. <3

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Trey and Majed at BMW of Tampa. From the beginning, they both worked incredibly hard to help me get not only the exact BMW X5 50e I wanted, but also a deal that made sense for me. I came into this process knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to spend, and they listened. There was never any pressure to settle for something different or accept numbers I wasn’t comfortable with. Instead, Trey and Majed kept working with me until we were able to put together a deal that I honestly couldn’t pass up. Trey was fantastic throughout the entire process—responsive, patient, transparent, and always willing to answer my questions. Even after the deal was finalized, he continued checking in and making sure everything went smoothly. Majed also went above and beyond behind the scenes to help make the numbers work and get everything across the finish line. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re particular about what you want, but these two made the experience exciting instead. I drove home in my beautiful new X5 50e, Skye, feeling like I got exactly the car and the deal I had been hoping for. A huge thank you to Trey, Majed, and the team at BMW of Tampa. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW and a team that will genuinely work hard to earn your business. Five stars all around!

The worst car buying experience. Went through all the steps dealing with a 'salesman' running back and forth pretending to be getting me a deal, then the next guy comes out and gets you to a monthly payment you're ok with. Then you go to financing.....was convinced because my credit was over 800 I qualify for this amazing BMW finance opportunity and my monthly was knocked down almost 100 dollars a month and that included an additional warranty for the tires and GAP. I started signing on their computer desks where you can't really see the full picture, of course he is talking fast and distracting you with nonsense so you just sign. At the very end I see this astronomical balloon payment of 15K if I want to keep the car after paying 5 years on it. It didn't totally make sense.... the numbers didn't seem right, but the monthly payment was better. This is where they take advantage of you. They know most people just look at the monthly out of pocket. A few days later I asked to look at the papers and they said it should be in a flash drive. Pulled up the flash drive... wasn't even my information. I had someone else's information. Address, car, how much they paid and traded. Only wonder if someone has mine. Then when I finally got mine.....it showed I spent about 13k in warranties. This explains the balloon payment. They just threw all warranties at the tail and hoped I wouldn't notice. Initially I was told it was my fault because I didn't read everything. I accepted the two warranties I knew about that I supposedly got a deal on..... but the other three. Absolutely not. NO warranty was ever clearly explained to me, no prices given, never agreed to them either. After a lot of hassle I finally had a check cut for one warranty that they added to the price of the car and then I had to go through some link and get the others refunded. Took 4-6 weeks. I would recommend anyone buying here to check all the numbers before signing. This was by far the worst car buying experience ever. Very deceptive. With all this headache, not one call from the GM. Not something you expect from a BMW dealer.

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, my experience purchasing a brand-new BMW from BMW of Tampa has been incredibly disappointing from beginning to end. On the day we picked up the vehicle, I noticed the VIN on the paperwork was incorrect and questioned it. I was assured it was correct. It wasn't. The dealership had used the VIN for a completely different BMW we had previously looked at, not the Dravit Grey vehicle we ordered and were purchasing. Our entire transaction and finance paperwork had to be redone. Then, my BMW ID/ConnectedDrive would not activate at delivery, leaving several features unavailable, including using my phone as a key. We were told to wait 24–48 hours. After 48 hours, BMW of Sarasota told us this was not normal and appeared to be an activation issue that needed to be corrected by the selling dealership. This resulted in additional trips, days spent trying to resolve the issue, and repeated follow-up on our part before BMW of Tampa finally corrected it. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. We then had to follow up because our registration had not arrived as our temporary registration was expiring. Shortly after finally receiving it, my husband received a notice from the Florida DHSMV stating that proof of insurance had not been properly associated with the vehicle and warning of potential action against his driver's license if it wasn't corrected. BMW of Tampa had our proof of insurance BEFORE we purchased the vehicle. Mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the repeated pattern of errors at nearly every stage of this transaction, combined with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and very little sense of urgency in correcting problems we did not create. I contacted management, including Dominic Harper and Finance Director Ryan Wolfe, regarding this latest and most serious issue and requested an explanation. I have yet to receive the level of response this situation warrants. Buying a brand-new BMW should have been an exciting experience. Instead, BMW of Tampa has turned this purchase into an ongoing source of frustration and regret. I would not purchase another vehicle from BMW of Tampa, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience at BMW of Tampa. I was shown a used BMW that was presented as inspected and ready for sale. However, when I reviewed the dealership’s own repair order, I found a documented oil leak with a recommendation to replace the oil pan, marked as “recommended not done.” When I raised the issue, I was first told that the leak had simply been cleaned and was no longer a concern. When I asked why the repair order still recommended replacing the oil pan, and requested that the dealership complete the repair before the sale, the response changed: I was told the car was being sold AS-IS and that, if I did not buy it, they would send it to auction. That contradiction destroyed my confidence in the vehicle and in the dealership’s inspection process. I was then shown another used car that was supposedly ready for sale, but its battery was dead. I came prepared to buy, but I left feeling that the burden of identifying unresolved problems was being placed entirely on the customer. I will not return.
