  I recently purchased my 2026 BMW, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. A huge thank you to Tu for making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Tu was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel pressured. Dave, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I got an amazing deal and that I left completely satisfied. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. A special thanks to Ryan in Finance for making what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle incredibly easy. He clearly explained all of my options, was transparent throughout the process, and made the paperwork quick and painless. This was, without a doubt, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a team that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Tu, Dave, and Ryan.   I had only been coming to BMW of Tampa for service, but this week it was finally time to change my car. I sent inquiries to every BMW dealership in the area describing what I was looking for and BMW of Tampa did not disappoint. They were the first to respond, and not with a generic link to a website filter, but with specific models that actually matched my needs, literally within minutes. A few hours later I was already at the dealership. I did receive other offers, but Client advisor Almass Koraishi handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism and took it all the way to a deal. My situation wasn't a standard one, so there were some challenges getting the financing approved — and Almass was right there through it all, from morning until evening, gathering every piece of information that was needed. Honestly, I'm not sure the outcome would have been the same with anyone else. I had plenty to compare along the way: some dealers only called me back the next day, while at BMW of Tampa I had exactly what I wanted and on excellent terms within hours. A huge, special thank you once again to Almass and her colleagues!

  The management at BMW of Tampa were super helpful and great with several post-sales support issues that arose. A significant defect was discovered after the sale (cracked rim) and they really stepped up to the plate and did the right thing when they didn't have to per the signed paperwork. WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND BMW of TAMPA!

  My experience purchasing my BMW X1 was outstanding from start to finish. Cameron made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. He was always friendly, positive, and genuinely happy to help with any questions I had and truly just went above and beyond. His knowledge of the BMW brand, vehicle features, and available options was impressive, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I felt confident in my purchase. Cameron’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made this the best car buying experience.   Terrible sales experience from start to finish. I encountered what felt like bait-and-switch tactics, high-pressure sales tactics, and an overall lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. In contrast, Ferman BMW provided an outstanding experience. They beat the price I was offered here, treated me with respect, and made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. The difference in customer service was remarkable, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also an incredibly nicer dealership! Unfortunately, this dealership seemed more focused on maximizing profit than building long-term customer relationships. As a serious buyer who values honesty and transparency, I was disappointed by their unwillingness to work toward a fair deal. They appeared more comfortable letting vehicles sit on the lot than earning the business of a potential repeat customer. If you're shopping for a BMW and value professionalism, transparency, and a stress-free buying experience, I would strongly encourage you to consider Ferman BMW not this dealership!!
