  Unfortunately, I always need to go to AutoZone when there’s a problem. But today I felt more than better when I left. Luanny helped me out tremendously! After helping me check the oils levels in my car, it was completely empty by the way, he let me know he recommended getting some oil, showed me my options, and helped me put it in there. Not once did I feel I was being judged for the state of my vehicle. As a stay at home mom, with a one year old, it was nice to have someone who was concerned and wanted to make sure we were in a safe vehicle. Not only was Luanny helpful his customer service was excellent. And honestly, our interaction reminded of a father just trying to help out. This was my first time stopping by this AutoZone because it’s further from my house. However, after today, I will gladly drive past the 3 stores closer just to know I can get the same service I received today. Thank you again, Luanny! I appreciate you and I hope AutoZone does too!

  Quiero informarqie el Domingo 3 de mayo 2026 fui a la tienda 6292 auto zone de la water y florida. El dia anterior habia venido yabque necesitaba rempkazar unos amortiguadores de mi vehiculo mitsubishy lancer 2002 lo cual tienen garantia de por vida. El manager del sabado me entrega un recibo como referencing y nos dice que teniamos que mostrar wl recibo para retirar los amortiguadores. Una vez alla entrega do los viejos. Al dia siguiente (domingo) me apersone a la tienda y le mostre el recibo a un supervisor y explicando por el cual era mi motivo de presencia. El supervisor usaba sueter gris de tez negra. Delgado y tenia transaction. El tomo el recibo y lo tiro a la basura (STEFON) y la jefa de el (BRIANA) me dijo y a mi esposa que solo teniamos derecho a un solo amortiguador. En ese momento nos sentimenos ofendidos por el mal trato y el bochirno que nos hicieron pasar y fue entonces cuando un empleado de la tienda. Alto. Usaba sueter ROJO "LUANI" quien habla ingles y espanol se tomo la molestia en ayudarnos , efectivamente encontro la compra de los amortiguadores el cual tenia la garantia mencionada lo cual nos ayudo. Deseo hacer mencion que este senor LUANI deberia ser promovido a supervisor ya que habla INGLES y ESPANOL y tiene un gran profesionalismo y eficiencia en el desempeno de su trabajo
