  I came here to replace my battery and Destini was the one to help me. She was very busy but she was still super patient and helpful and was able to get me in and out super quick!

  El gerente de la tienda se cree el dueño, es un abusador y falta de respeto. Le dije que tenía un código de proveedor que me otorgó Auto Zone y puso en duda la información que le di. Si quiere ir a esta tienda le recomiendo ir a otra.

  Ariel Ayala Gonzalez was incredibly helpful during my visit to AutoZone. I wasn’t sure what kind of brakes or battery my car needed, and he took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the right ones. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right parts and understood what I was buying. I highly recommend asking for Ariel if you need help at AutoZone!

  On June 9th, we purchased a car battery from Auto Zone in downtown Tampa. On July 14th, we had to have our car towed to the dealership due to what we thought was a possible alternator issue resulting in yet another dead battery. On July 18th, the dealership advised and showed us that we were sold a battery that was entirely too small for our vehicle. Fortunately, there was an Auto Zone directly across the street so we went right over after leaving the dealership. When we walked in the door, we were pleasantly greeted by Ariel who quickly pulled up our account and was able to see that we were, in fact, sold the wrong battery. While he was waiting on us, there were 2-3 other employees also visibly working in the store. We went out to the car so that he could pull the wrong battery from our vehicle. We returned to the store within minutes. As soon as he walked through the door, a female with a long maybe burgundy colored ponytail that was working started SCREAMING at him and yelling that she told him not to leave (i can attest to the fact that she did not). At this point there were two other customers in line. Instead of professionally advising the customers that he would be right back, she chose to try to humiliate him in front of everyone. I told him that he should never allow anyone to talk to him like that and he just grinned, maintained his composure, and tried to continue with the transaction as professionally as possible. Another customer who was witnessing and clearly disgusted by this interacrion as well, then had to ask the lady if she could ring her up and help with installing windshield wipers instead of standing there making a scene. At that point, I told him to go ahead and ring up the other man in line before helping me because I was so upset by the way that woman was treating him. When he finally was able to install my battery, she walked past the car and gave us a dirty look. I am not sure who she is or what her problem was, but I would not want her working for me. Ariel deserves an apology, and if you have any sort of employee of the month incentive, he deserves that too! Between being sold the wrong battery at one store and then the ignorance of this employee at completely different store, I am not feeling too good about returning. Ariel deserves 5 stars though.
