  I got my windshield wipers replaced and got new battery. The process to replace the battery was long since the screws I guess were either worn out or difficult to loose, the battery was under some stuff in my car- so the nice guy had to move so many things out of the way jusy to change tire, felt like a mechanic shop( poor guy), but he never had an attitude, even help grease the screws so i wont have the issue again. And it was very very hot- he spent like an hour replacing battery in the hot sun. Love auto zone

  I had a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to one of the employees, David, who went above and beyond to help me. I came in needing tools to replace the spark plugs in my Honda Odyssey, and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without rushing me. It’s not always easy figuring out the right tools, but he made the whole process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back!
