Came to get a diagnostic done after my check engine light came on and Debbie made sure everything was taken care of. Bought four new spark plugs and even had someone on hand to put them in for me on a great deal. Excellent service

Really poor customer service. When I walked in, the employees were having a conversation, so I waited patiently for them to finish. Once they were done, one employee simply stared at me without greeting me or asking how they could help. After an awkward silence, the first thing I was asked was, “English or Spanish?” I said English, but the entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. At that point, I decided I didn’t want their service anymore and left. A simple “Hi, how can I help you?” would have made this a completely different experience. Customer service and basic courtesy need improvement.

Moon Galaxy (that’s what the name tag said so that’s what I’m going with 😊) was friendly helpful and fast. Great employee, honestly this place is close to my house and I generally don’t come here because the customer service in the past has been meh but if you keep more employees like Moon around I’ll definitely start making it my regular place.

Came to the store with a battery that another auto parts store had installed incorrectly. There were several connections and the battery was not the right size nor was it put in and secured correctly. They came to my rescue found the right battery installed it for me. They were not rude as the other Store was they were very professional. Daddy was very knowledgeable and Joe put it in very tightly and within a reasonable amount of time thank you so much for the team effort. I will be coming back Robert
