  I went in because I was having battery issues Ethan was extremely helpful pulled up my record and realized it was still under warranty. Then took out my old battery and replaced it for me and explained what the issues was to me just so I was aware it wasn’t anything else wrong with my car which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes couldn’t recommend more

  Dear Management, Please give Russell a big raise! He provided truly outstanding service yesterday. I was having a rough day, but his help completely turned it around and made me feel so much better. He helped me replace my car battery and provided exceptional customer service in every single aspect. Because of this experience, I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. Russell is a huge asset to your team!

  Christian went above and beyond in installing a car battery for me. It was almost AutoZone’s closing time when I called to order a battery I needed immediately, but he agreed to install the car battery personally in my driveway after he finished with inventory, working well past his regular working hours. Thank you! ***** 🚔
