  Es el peor AutoZone que he ido en mi vida el empleado estaba mirando YouTube no le importa que estés esperando para ser atendido luego cuando lo hizo estaba molesto no recibí la ayuda que esperaba en ningún momento apenas son las 9:33 am y estas personas que aqui trabajan están muy estresadas había una señora en una caja vacía le pedí ayuda me dijo que no podía que ella solo atendía cuentas de empresas guao ósea uno mirando youtube y la otra hay solo existiendo asta que llegue alguien de empresas jamás volveré a este lugar evítalo

  I went into AutoZone to get a part for my daughter’s car, and I have to say, Jevon provided some of the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. He took the time to listen to what I needed, made sure I was getting the correct part, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer he was trying to get out the door. What impressed me the most was how Jevon truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his job. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and when someone provides it, they deserve to be recognized. AutoZone is extremely lucky to have an employee like Jevon representing their company. Employees like him are the reason customers come back. If management sees this review, PLEASE recognize Jevon for the outstanding job he is doing. He absolutely deserves it! Thank you, Jevon, for making what could have been a stressful situation with my daughter’s car so much easier. I truly appreciate your patience, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Jevon! I came in needing a new battery, and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, answered my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Jevon’s customer service was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who is both great at their job and makes you feel like a valued customer. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Jevon.   Came in a few days ago the manager Jevon helped me out with getting my parts he was extremely nice to me. I am new to the area and don’t know much. He answer all my questions and even help me out with finding the right place to go. I’m very grateful that he didn’t get frustrated with me like the other stores.
