    I want to recognize Crespo Camacho at AutoZone for providing outstanding customer service. My cars stereo system had completely frozen, and I needed help disconnecting the battery to reset it. Crespo was more than happy to assist. He came outside, disconnected the battery, and then went back inside to continue helping other customers while I waited for the vehicle to lose power. Unfortunately, I ran into another problem. Since the battery is located in the trunk, I was unable to access it again after closing the trunk. There was no keyhole, the trunk release inside the vehicle was inaccessible because the access flap had been left open, and neither the key fob nor the trunk button worked with the battery disconnected. Throughout the entire situation, Crespo remained patient, professional, and positive, even while standing outside in the hot sun trying to help me figure things out. He never seemed frustrated and continued working with me until we found a solution. Eventually, we were able to provide power to the secondary battery under the hood, regain access to the trunk, reconnect the battery, and successfully reset the system. Best of all, the radio started working again and the problem was completely resolved. Crespo's willingness to go above and beyond, his patience, and his positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like him. Thank you, Crespo!

    They didn't quite have what we needed, but the gentleman named John was extremely helpful in finding an alternative and making sure it was in stock in another location. 5 star service for sure!
