  Louis did an amazing job replacing my battery. It was pouring rain and I felt so bad that it was a slightly more complicated install. However, he did it for me without an issue. The rest of the team seems great too. They came out to check on us and were extremely kind sending me off. I would come back here again and reccommend others to come to this AutoZone!

  I felt ripped off by this company—and this specific location in particular. I bought a brand-new Duralax battery, but it failed after just five months. They replaced it for me, but the second one didn't last long either; it failed after only four months, and then they told me the warranty had expired. They sell poor-quality products, scam us with their return policies, and—to top it all off—they treat you poorly.

  Worst service ever. They do not respect their customers. The staff refused to exchange an alternator under lifetime warranty, although I provided the receipt for the online order. He suspected I brought in a unit that was not sold by AutoZone. He brought a new unit and showed me a label on it. He said my unit does not have that label. Actually, the paper label was loosely stuck on the alternator and easy to fall off. I asked him to compare the letters printed on the pulley of both units, but he refused. He said even if the letters are the same, it does not prove anything, because other stores sell the same type. He asked me to call AutoZone online service to find out how to exchange it because I ordered it online. I walked away and exchanged it at another AutoZone on Dale Mabry without any issue. The staff there called the Autozone online service and verified my online order and warranty. Then replace the bad unit. I do not recommend buying an alternator from AutoZone; my unit only lasted 5 months. Even though you may change it under a lifetime warranty, the installation is a pain. Avoid this store. The staff questioned their customer for bringing a bad unit from other sources, even when a receipt was provided. They don't try to solve the problem, and they don't trust what the customer said.
