I had a warrantied battery replaced by Ken, who was polite, quick and positive even though it was over 90 degrees outside. Scott also help find my last Battery purchase. This Store is awesome. I love how they print out Check engine codes when they test my Car as well:)

I'm not making this review to hate on this store in any way, but I thought my experience is worth sharing. I went to this location a few days back to get my battery tested. The kid they brought out to help me was very young and looked like he wasn't entirely sure what he was doing. After about a minute of fiddling with the battery tester, he told me that the battery was fine and that my alternator/starter was most likely the problem. I didn't feel good about what he said, so after some research I decided to get a second opinion from the location near Wesley Chapel. It didn't take more than 10 seconds using the same device to confirm my battery was completely fried. They showed me exactly what the battery reader said about my battery life/percentage, and I was honestly baffled that something that simple could be so drastically messed up. They replaced my battery for me and my car started up perfectly. If I hadn't done my own research and sought out a second opinion, I likely would have wasted a large sum of money taking my car to a mechanic. I thought the staff at the store were nice, but I would not recommend anyone to use this location to get their battery tested after my experience.

I came in yesterday to get a new battery. I wanted to get my battery tested also to alternator to see if it was bad or the starter. Kenny helped me out and was very pleased. Made me feel comfortable choosing what battery to get.. The service was really outstanding and if I need anything else for my car, I definitely will come back here AutoZone on Bush thank you, Mr. Kenny.
