  Matt Rodriguez was extremely rude and inconsiderate. My serpentine belt broke and he had an attitude about exchanging it. Then the vehicle was missing a idol pulley which was explained multiple times and although he had the correct part in store sent me to the hub and ordered the wrong part. I have breast cancer and he was aware i had no other transportation but I still walked in the heat for the part and thankfully the manager at the hub was able to credit me and help me get the correct pulley. My vehicle is being serviced next door so upon walking back I stepped back in the store and explained to Matt what occurred and his response was "and so what do you want now" this type of customer service is not only unacceptable but plain evil
