  My car is very old & this location has helped to keep it running for years. Gio & Neil have been helpful in diagnosing problems & getting them fixed in a timely manner.

  I went in for an oil change, and the shop installed the incorrect oil filter. About a week and a half later, while I was driving, the filter came off, causing all of the engine oil to leak out.

  What should have been a simple repair turned into months of frustration, wasted money, and serious safety concerns. I brought my truck to this shop multiple times—four separate visits—because they repeatedly failed to properly diagnose and repair the problems. Every visit seemed to uncover another issue that should have been caught the first time. I was repeatedly assured that my truck was repaired and safe to drive. Thousands of my hard earned money spent as shown in the pictures, only to result in risking my life due to these people negligence. Instead, after their repairs, my truck began swerving to the right on its own without any steering input, creating a dangerous situation every time I drove it. I trusted their work, only to find out later that the repairs had not been performed correctly. The manager informed me that they had already fired the person responsible for their multiple blunders, but this isnt the point. The point is that this company hires people that have the minimum knowledge and experience, resulting in poor work and mistakes that could've been easily avoided. After finally taking my truck to Firestone for an independent inspection and repair, I learned that the tie rods had been installed backwards, which was identified as the reason my truck had been swerving for the past several months. This should never happen during a professional repair, especially when the steering system is involved. In addition to that, I had previously discovered missing components and other improper repairs that raised serious concerns about the quality of the work being performed. I spent a significant amount of money, made repeated trips back to the shop, lost valuable time, and, most importantly, unknowingly drove a vehicle that was unsafe because of improper repairs. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before accepting any repairs. My experience was costly, stressful, and could have had much more serious consequences.

  Very bad experience not sure they did any work correctly tiers not rotated, not sure they balanced them and I don't even think they checked the tire that was losing air. The next day checked air pressure and they wer off by 5 or 6 psi.

  DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I brought my car in for an oil, change, tire rotation, and an inspection. Before coming in to get my oil changed I marked my tires with nail polish as my dad taught me to make sure that they rotate your tires because your tire should be rotated every time you get your oil changed. They called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up and when I got there, I looked at my car and saw that the tires were not rotated. I went inside and spoke to the general manager who got the mechanic who worked on my car. He told me “sweetie I Rotated your tire tires you are mistaken.” I then told the mechanic that I had marked my tires and he did not rotate my tires. At that point, he started cussing and blamed his boss for the reason why he didn’t rotate the tires. My advice to anyone who’s reading this Mark your tires if you’re going to bring your car here for an oil change.
