  Very grateful for the service today! I needed a tire patch but I had my toddler with me so I really couldn’t be waiting around for hours and also Ubers with car seats are absurdly expensive. They quoted me 45 minutes and thats just about how long jt took. I will come back for a full service when I have the time because im grateful for the care. I didnt love that they have a virtual assistant answering when I called, who couldnt really give me answers, but i understand that helps them over all service customers more affordably when the cost of everything is high. So end of the day im happy with the experience.

  Helped me in a time of need. My wheel fell off my truck and valve stem destroyed. Replaced the valve stem at no cost. I will definitely come back for future service. No, they are not responsible for my wheel falling off.

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice & Total Car Care, thanks to Janae and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. Janae was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. She also suggested alternative service options to help save money and even applied additional discounts when the original price match couldn't be honored. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond. A shoutout as well to the mechanic who changed my tires. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he did an excellent job. He was polite, efficient, and had my tire replacement completed in about 45 minutes. It's always refreshing to see someone work quickly while still doing quality work. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is because of the manager's handling of the price match. I was told they only honor price matches with a physical paper quote, not online pricing. In today's world, almost everything is quoted online, so that policy felt outdated and honestly came across as more of a reason not to honor the match. Thankfully, Janae stepped in and did everything she could to help offset the difference, and I really appreciated her effort. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Janae. She, along with the mechanic, made what could have been a frustrating visit a genuinely positive experience.

  I had a problem with one of my tires that has been losing pressure for a long, long time. Patiently the team at Tire Choice checked it out and also checked for other problems under the hood. No charge.. I thank them.
