  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had purchased wiper blades from another AutoZone location and had them installed there, but unfortunately they came off while I was driving in the middle of a storm. I stopped at the AutoZone on University Drive and 61st Avenue in Tamarac and explained what had happened. Even though the issue did not originate at their store, the team was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to help. Mr. Ronald White went above and beyond. He came outside, inspected everything, read the installation instructions, replaced the blade properly, and even walked me through the process step-by-step so I would understand how it works. I was there for close to an hour, and during that time I also observed the staff assisting other customers with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. This store took care of me when they didn’t have to, and I truly appreciate it. Five stars to Ronald White and the entire team!

  I learned some things today from Jimmy and he could of clocked out and took his lunch, but instead helped me and shared some important knowledge that will give my truck more longevity....

  I came in today because I initially thought I just needed to have my battery charged. I tell a hispanic man(manager btw) that I needed my battery charged. He says “ you need to take the battery out the car then. “ Let me point out that I am a female and have no idea how & what to do for that. I decided to ask another worker in the store ( grey shirt) and he then comes out and tests my car battery and tells me that it is bad and that i’d need a new battery. So I go inside thinking okay let me purchase a new battery and have them install it. This gentleman tells me can’t install it for me. And im confuse. The dead battery in my car was not only purchased at this autozone location but INSTALLED AS WELL 2 years prior. And he is trying to give all these excuses as to why he can’t and tried to show some warning label that pops up when purchasing it. Needless I took my money elsewhere and obviously won’t be returning to this location ever!!!!
