Whatever you do, do NOT go to this location! 😩 They were so nasty and rude. Soon as I pulled in, they rushed my car and immediately started saying I didn’t have a membership. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The other location I go to has NEVER given me a problem. And honestly, the vacuums don’t even work that good! I feel like they just love harassing people. I definitely won’t be going back. 👎🏾

EDIT 8/28/2026 I have since spoken with the site manager regarding what happened. He said he saw the situation and started walking over, but I questioned why he waited about five minutes and approached us as we were already pulling out instead of stepping in when it was actually happening. He explained that their car wash has a unique layout and that customers who use the vacuums without purchasing a wash can have their license plate written down and given to police, potentially resulting in a citation. Given that my tag had already been looked up, this left me feeling like that was being insinuated toward us and may have contributed to how we were treated. I explained that I had no intention of using the vacuums for free. The employee could see that I had previously been a member/customer, and I was genuinely planning to purchase a wash. The manager also brought up the fact that I gave the employee the middle finger as my husband and I were leaving. I acknowledge that it wasn’t the best response, but this happened after the altercation and as we were driving away, and I don’t believe it justifies how I was treated beforehand. He said he wished I had given him the opportunity to fix the situation before we left, but once we were told to leave, I no longer felt welcome and didn’t feel comfortable staying. He also asked me to delete my original review because it “hurts” the site and the team. I declined, but agreed to update it to acknowledge that we spoke. I believe that’s fair because this review reflects my genuine experience. The site manager did invite me back and offered to personally take care of my car. I appreciate the offer, but I will not be returning. I don’t feel that the employee will face meaningful repercussions for what happened, and I don’t feel the situation was taken as seriously as it should have been. I will still be reporting this to corporate so the situation can be reviewed beyond the site level. I feel that the employees actions were written off as “excused” and swept under the rug. Very disappointing experience at Whistle Express Car Wash on N. Monroe St. My husband and I stopped by today because we were in a bit of a time crunch. When you pull in, the vacuums are on the left before the car wash, so we figured we could vacuum the car out first and then go through the wash. While we were halfway through cleaning out the car, a man approached me and told me that he had run my tag and asked if I wanted to renew my membership. I was uncomfortable with the fact that my tag had been run without my consent, especially since I had never asked anyone to look up my vehicle or membership. He then told us that we couldn’t use the vacuums without purchasing a wash. I explained that we intended to clean the car first and then go through the wash, which seemed completely reasonable considering the layout. It made no sense to me that we would have to leave, drive around, and come back to the exact same area just to purchase a wash first. Instead of simply explaining the policy and helping us, he became increasingly rude and told us that we needed to leave or purchase a wash immediately. At that point, I felt like we were being harassed rather than treated like customers. When I asked for his name, the situation turned into a whole debacle, and he became argumentative instead of simply providing his name. The most frustrating part is that I was genuinely planning to purchase a wash. If he had approached my husband and me respectfully and explained the policy in a professional way, we would have had absolutely no problem purchasing one. Unfortunately, his attitude and the way he handled the situation completely rubbed us the wrong way and changed our entire experience. Customer service matters. There was no reason for the interaction to become as confrontational as it did. We left without purchasing anything, and based on this experience, I don’t see myself returning.

Flew in right before close because I discovered a ton of sugar ants had taken up residence in my car while out of town this past weekend. Even though they were just minutes from shutting things down (like, 10 mins at most), Tyler and Bray went WAY above and beyond to help me. I told them about the issue and they turned a vacuum on for me to clear out my unwanted ant passengers and even gave my mats a pressure wash before I drove up to the actual wash pay kiosk. When I got over there, they let me know it was taken care of payment wise 🥹 seriously SO nice of them! I will literally only go here from now on because of how kind and accommodating Tyler and Bray were — thank you so much for helping out a girl who hates bugs and panic pulled in right at close 🥲 100/10 customer service!
