- JSJamie Scott3 days ago5.0My experience here was absolutely so incredible that I am taking the time to write a review hours later even. The level of customer service and QUALITY of service I received here today are UNMATCHED.. even by Disney World standards. Every employee acting like they're just doing their job but actually going above and beyond.. all with a smile and such a contagiously joyous attitude! It was unbelievably refreshing and it turned my whole day around. Also, the vacuums I used worked full force! That never happens😂 all stations were fully stocked, the trash cans were clean and not overflowing.. not even full actually.. everyone at this establishment was top tier today and I am so appreciative. This may sound a bit inflated and unreal, like a spam or bot review, but I'm just a mom who had a kid throw up on the floorboard this morning and needed to clean things up and try to get to my next errand. I wish I lived closer to this particular car wash because the whistle express near me is LACKING.

- MVMichael VaughnMay 30, 20261.0Really upset with this location they let trucks go through that are just absolutely covered with red George, clay and mud without rinsing them off their pressure washing system that you’re supposed to pre-wash all of the sand off of the vehicles has not been working for a long time and I got behind a truck that was covered in mud a while ago and I was kind of screwed because I cannot get back out to leave the line that I was in and when he got finished, the brushes were completely covered with mud and sand. Nobody rinse them off. I ask for somebody to rinse off all of the extra sand, but they don’t even have a water hose no way to do it when I got over to the Detail area my car was completely covered in sand and dirt and the paint job looks like I took sandpaper to it totally upset but there of course they’re not responsible for anything even if their equipment is not working properly I watch other car wash wash vehicles like that but they take a water hose or a pressure washer hose and get rid of all the sand on the surface or have somewhere that the customer can wash the car off. Those vehicles need to be rejected if they’re covered in mud, especially if they have no way to clean the brushes after they are done with that truck anyway I don’t think wax I’ll ever even be able to bring my shine back and knowingly negligent of not rinsing that truck off before it went through.
