He offered to run my car through the wash again to make sure my running boards no longer had clay on them. We live down a dirt road, so running through the car wash once doesn’t always get it all off. When I went through the wash again, Tim and another young man made sure to spray my car with the power washer before entering in the tunnel. Great customer service! Thanks Tim!

As soon as I arrived and inspected the vehicle, I noticed there were many spots that appeared completely untouched. The windows had a dusty frame all the way around, the rims appeared very dusty and dirty, the splash guard around the wheel was filthy, there was dried bird droppings on the hood, and only one of my tires got any tire shine. Well, half the tire anyway. Not only was this the worst car wash I’ve ever been to, but the customer service was a letdown as well. Because I discovered this on arrival home, I wasn’t about to turn around and head all the way back for another potentially mediocre car wash. So I stopped by the following day, requesting they allow me to run through another time in hopes that my car would get a little more clean. I was denied. The employee informed me that it was out of his hands, that he could see my car was dirty but his supervisor would not allow me to go through again. So for those looking for a car wash, I would not go here. Maybe try the new one that is opening up right next door. I hear they’re much better.
