He approached my car without a greeting or courtesy, just demanding that I move my vehicle. I came in to vacuum mu car. When I asked him to leave me alone, he continued to stand by my door, asking unnecessary questions and bothering me further. His behavior was rude and aggressive, and he even threatened to call the police without justification. This kind of treatment is not what I expect from a service provider.

Various vacuum stations have been out of order for quite a while now. Additionally, I’ve been to this location multiple times when they’re completely out of clean rags. Lastly, there has been an issue with people blasting their music at top volume despite the signs clearly stating that it’s not allowed, and none of the workers seem to put a stop to it. I’m usually not one to give a bad review because I understand how hard the service industry can be, but these issues have been recurring, despite my coming back and giving them multiple chances. I have a membership here but I’m considering canceling it since the service has clearly gone downhill.

There have been a couple of times I’ve been here and there were no cleaning cloths available. When I asked staff about it, they never went to get more. Instead, they had an attitude and said there was nothing they could do due to short staffing. Leaving me to drive off without the full service I paid monthly for. I’m not paying $34 a month for poor service and no products being available to use.
