I was greeted by Andrash who went above and beyond, noticing I had no windshield RFID tag. This lets you check in hands free no matter which lane you're in. I've noticed most branches don't have the automated plate reader so Ive had to use the mobile app and hang my phone out the window to scan a barcode every day. 4 months in a row I've purchased the unlimited services package, and not once have I been offered a tag. Then I roll through the machine where Izzy guided me through like a flight deck engineer, wiped me down 5000 and had me on the detail floor in less than 90 seconds. White glove treatment today. We all know that's never a guarantee. Thanks whistle wash for giving me the MVP!
