  Took my car to get a tune up. They forgot to replace all the fluids that was flushed and killed my car. I had to buy a whole new car because of it. I advise EVERYONE stay far away from this place.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tuffy’s. On March 31, I paid $1,117.51 for axle repairs on my 2018 Toyota RAV4.. After the repair, my vehicle developed a transmission fluid leak. I took the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion and was informed that the axle installation was improperly performed and that damage had been caused to the axle seals. According to the inspection, the damaged seals allowed transmission fluid to leak out over time. As a result, I have already spent an additional $953 on repairs, and I am now facing the possibility of transmission damage caused by the fluid loss. What should have been a straightforward axle replacement has turned into a costly and stressful situation. I trusted Tuffy’s to perform the work correctly, and instead I am dealing with significant additional expenses, lost time, and concerns about the long-term reliability of my vehicle. I am currently seeking reimbursement for the costs associated with correcting the damage and addressing any resulting transmission issues. I encourage anyone considering repairs here to carefully document all work performed and obtain a second opinion if problems arise after service.

  I recently went here to get a diagnostic ran for my car. They claimed that the only issues were with the control arms; however, turns out the car has power steering issues too. $50 diagnostic and I wasn’t even properly informed on all the issues with my car. Unfortunate, but maybe their repair service is better?

  I can say enough good things about Tuffy. Ben, Buck and Bubba are as professional as it gets. They diagnosed my vehicle and gave me a free quote. And when they did the repairs they did them in a timely fashion. Thanks again Tuffy !
