🚨🚨PLEASE STAY AWAY SEMI TRUCKS🚨🚨 These guys provided me an initial quote of $375 per hour after I gave them all details for the truck and trailer I needed towed. After 2 hours of work they asked me to pay $1500 and couldn’t even send an itemized invoice. Absolute garbage of a company. They will give you false ETAs just to run up your time since they are charging you by the hour.

My grand daughter had a problem with her car. I called Parkway Wrecker to tow the car to the dealership for repair. They were there on time and kept me informed. I got an update as soon as the car was dropped off

I cannot say enough good things about this company, their dispatcher, and especially the tow truck driver who came to my daughter’s rescue today! ❤️ My daughter just started a new job today in a completely new area, about four hours away from home, where she doesn’t know anyone. To make matters worse, she hit something in the road and blew out both driver-side tires. As a mom, being four hours away and knowing your child is stranded somewhere unfamiliar is an absolutely horrible feeling. My husband called this company, and from the very beginning, they were kind, professional, understanding, and incredibly quick to respond. The dispatcher was amazing and kept everything moving, and the tow truck driver was absolutely wonderful. He made sure my daughter was safe, got her vehicle loaded, and got her to a tire shop before they closed. The entire situation—from the time we called until she was safely at the tire shop—was handled in less than two hours! That is absolutely incredible service. When you’re a parent and your child is far from home, having someone show up when they need help means more than I can put into words. They didn’t just tow a vehicle today—they gave a worried mom some much-needed peace of mind and helped my daughter when she truly needed it. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! ❤️ You have no idea how much we appreciate everything you did today. I would recommend this company to ANYONE without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
