  The vehicle I ended up getting was nice and no issues. The problem with the National rental experience at TLH is they don't have an Emerald Aisle, so you have to wait in line at the rental counter when you arrive. Then the desk agent tells you they don't have any keys at the moment (even though they confirm your already confirmed reservation details) and you'll need to wait 30 minutes. Then you stand around at the baggage claim conveyors hoping the next EHI employee to walk in from outside with keys in their hand has keys to something decent you can drive (or hope that the keys are even for you because there may be half a dozen people in front of you waiting for their keys). Just a suggestion, but National needs to put some effort into improving the THL service experience.

  calling for 3h to the national Tallahassee airport regarding a return only they can answer resolver my issue and they do not answer the phone yes, Christopher is need further assistance tell them to answer the phone

  This location does not honor our loyalty or status. Anyone with executive emerald knows you book midsize so you have your pick of any car on the lot they force you to get a car at the desk kiosk in the airport and will only offer you intermediate or lower. Fight all you want to you won’t get anywhere with them. And their response to reach out to them? Link was broken at the time. No sure about now. lol just shows how they are.
