  I would rather give them 0 stars. They put the wrong size pump in my car and now my truck has a shorter turn radius and loud noises. They charged me a lot for it after already messing something else up on my truck. Do not trust Mike’s judgment I spoke to him directly and he lied to my face.

  Here is my honest experience with this place. I brought in a 98 sl500 for basic maintenance after purchasing and driving for a couple weeks. Got new set of tires, oil and battery change. Couple days later the battery was completely flat - the key fob didn't even unlock the car. Towed it back and Mike falsely diagnosed it as a faulty ignition switch as well as something else, but it was an even bigger job requiring him to take the steering column out. He said all of this was draining the battery.... Quoted me 1.5K He lied and lied to my face, even with me calling the shop every other day, and visiting the shop personally every week. He kept my car in there for two months, without putting a single work into it. At the end, he wasn't even able to charge me for anything. The worst and sentimental part of it is this car was supposed to be for my wedding, and it missed it because of Mike's BS. After pulling the car out his lot, I changed the battery because a Triple A mechanic told me it's more likely to be a faulty battery than a parasite drain, and he was right. The issue never came back. He took my two months and had the intention of charging me 1.5K for the very faulty battery that he sold me. Complete scumbag and a fraud. Now let me put you all on. Especially if you have a German and you still need a mechanic, look no further than Autoworks international on Monroe. At this point, I have met everyone over there and everyone is more professional, friendly, and helpful than the other. I took the car here due to my key that would occasionally get stuck in the ignition switch, as well as some cosmetic work. The same job Mike quoted me 1.5K on and took my two months, Chad at Autoworks did within two days and get this - didn't even charge me for it. All it needed was the ignition switch to get cleaned out, and of course helped me out with all the other cosmetic work. Oh and also Mike put 5W20 in my V8.... I am finding this out recently upon reviewing his receipts. ALSO, after picking up my car from him at the end of 2 months, my ABS and SRS light came on. After I noticed it I immediately returned while I was up the road, and he tried telling me I drove with my parking brake on.... This guy needs a lawsuit real bad but I am so sick of his BS, I literally don't even want to bother. He has cost me damages in the way that I had to purchase another battery and now the ABS and the SRS lights have got to be figured it out, and of course not to mention 2 months of my time, and this car missing my one and only wedding. Please don't go here. Maybe if your corolla needs an oil change or tires rotated or something, but avoid if you can. They are not organized, or professional.

  I really like Mike's Garage because he does the job that needs to be done. He doesn't try to get you to fix things that aren't broken just to make extra money. His prices are good, his shop/store is clean, and the staff are very professional.
