Our new tire store! I noticed my tire pressure was very low when driving home. After arriving at the house, I searched for a tire store and saw that Mavis was open until 8:30. I called to see if they could take a look at my tire with it being so late. He told me to come on in. They found a bolt in my tire and patched it up. Gave me the invoice marked as no charge! Who does that anymore? Great customer service and super friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Mavis! Alonzo was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable he was. If you’re coming to Mavis, definitely ask for Alonzo. 10/10 service — I’ll definitely be back!

First time visiting a Mavis Tire and Brakes. I have heard only good things on Nextdoor about the Northeast location on Bannerman, but never had the opportunity to obtain service at this business. As luck would have it, a pesky slow leak forced me to stop at the Magnolia location, since I was on the other side of town. Because of the positive reviews, I decided to look up the closest location, which brought me to the shop located at 205 Magnolia. The location is clean, safe, and conveniently situated between Krispy Kreme, Tropical Smoothie and Marcos Pizza. I was promptly greeted by Monte, who was courteous, professional and efficient. I was concerned about tire damage since the vehicle is only 3 months. As he completed the intake, Monte explained the tire repair process that included both a plug and patch. Once at ease, I handed him the key and before I knew it, my vehicle was already on a hoist. I barely had time to grab a smoothie across the street before I noticed the vehicle was parked out front and ready to go. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I asked what was the cost and with a big smile Monte handed me my key and an invoice and informed me that the service was free of charge. I was thrilled with the repair and the condition my car was returned. It is not often that you get this level of friendly, efficient and professional service and then be told that the service was complimentary. If the service at this location and employees such as Monte and the service team are a reflection of Mavis Tire and Brakes, I highly recommend this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Alonzo, Monte, and John! From the very beginning, they have been more than helpful, accommodating, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I understand everything.
