I recently went to Mavis Tire & Brakes on Magnolia for a brake inspection and was told I needed new front rotors. Before moving forward with the repair, I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. They inspected my brakes and told me my front rotors were in good condition and did not need to be replaced.
Based on that experience, I was left feeling concerned that I was being recommended unnecessary work by Mavis. I would encourage others to get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.

john was the attendant up front who helped check me in, he was great! very respectful and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. james was the technician who fixed my tire and he was able to locate the nails and patch my tire up quickly. 10/10 would definitely go back there!
