  I had a great experience with Alonzo at Mavis. After another shop put one of my tires on backwards, Alonzo caught the issue right away and explained that the tire had developed a dangerous bubble. I’m especially grateful because I’m driving a long distance out of town tomorrow, and he made sure my car was safe before I hit the road. He also noticed that the previous tire company installed the wrong type of tire on my car and took the time to help me get everything corrected for a great price. Alonzo was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about my safety. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Mavis!

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tire! Alonzo, Monte, and Twan were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased new brakes and rotors, and they made sure everything was explained clearly while providing fast and efficient service. They also found a nail in my tire and were very knowledgeable about helping me get it fixed quickly and safely. I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive they were in making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. As a mom with two kids, I especially appreciated how smooth and stress free they made the visit. They got me in and out quickly, and their customer service was top tier from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again, Alonzo, Monte, and Twan, for the excellent service. I highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Coming here was great experience , they are well mannered , very respectful, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I came in for 1 tired and they noticed something that I didn’t as a female and I appreciate them for that.

  My tire blew right in front of Mavis Tires. I did not have a spare and had no clue what to do driving a car with no tire and as soon as I had pulled aside into a turn lane, Alonzo from Mavis Tires had crossed the street and was offering to drive my car into the tire shop. Once my car was there, he called the discount tire across the street to get me the correct tire for my car and put it on free of charge. Above and beyond service from incredibly helpful and kind people!

  I was in Tallahassee from Central Florida working for a week when my car started making a very strange noise. As I knew no mechanic in Tallahassee, it was recommended to take it to Mavis. I walked in, described the situation to Alonzo and prepared for the worse. Since it was very late in the day I assumed I would have to leave the car overnight. As Alonzo looked at my car I began to search for a rental car. A few minutes later Alonzo called me over to my car on the lift and explained that a bolt had fallen out of my just replaced brakes. He had already repaired it with a new bolt and said once he put the tire back on I was good to go. And then told me there was no charge! I was so relieved. I was planning for an expensive, involved process but this very kind man fixed everything in such a calm, efficient way. Alonzo is the best advertisement Mavis could possibly have. His kindness was very greatly appreciated. Thank you Alonzo! A few days later I had to go back to Mavis for some forgotten paperwork. Alonzo was not working that day but John was happy to help me. After telling him what I needed he began to search on the computer for my order. After several minutes with no success, I didn't want to hold him up but he continued to search. After several different attempts (which included searching a box of paperwork) he got back on the computer and generated just what I needed to take to my mechanic back home. Thank you John. I wish that more places had employees with this level of dedication to customer service. John you are the exception to the rule. Thank you for the great job you do.
