  I had a great experience with Lake Jackson Towing! I had an oversized truck broke down about 150 miles outside of Tallahassee. Their communication was great and they were super friendly and careful with our vehicle. Tony was the driver. Usually needing a tow can be stressful, but these guy can help ease the pain.

  David towed us one evening after our brush truck wouldnt start. Once we realized it needed significant repairs he returned the next morning and towed us to a repair shop. He showed up fast, was friendly and got our truck dropped off safe and sound. Great service! Thank you David!

  I was driving on Pensacola street when one of there employees almost merged into my car and when I honked at them for almost hitting me they then started cussing me out and throwing the middle finger up at me and the employee also thought it was wonderful idea to throw a metal water bottle at my car if the owner thinks this behavior is okay from his employees maybe he needs to rethink having a business

  Dropped a friend off to pick up their car, there wasn’t any parking. The workers inside became rude for absolutely no reason. Started getting disrespectful and when I said something back they called the cops. Very unprofessional and aggressive behavior

  They are lovely here at Lake Jackson Towing. My car wouldn’t start and I’ve unfortunately had to have it towed from car shop to car shop over the last few days, and they have been understanding, kind and have taken good care of my vehicle.
