  This is an excellent towing company that will go above and beyond to complete a job. My vehicle broke down. I had to leave it at the Tallahassee airport in short term parking. No other towing company would perform the job because there was a parking fee associated. I was 400 miles away and unable to assist. They were willing to pay the parking fee and use two trucks to pull my car out of a tight space. Not to mention local law-enforcement was called by the airport authorities thinking they were unlawfully removing my car. The owner and staff professionally were able to resolve the matter. Without them, I wouldn’t of been able to pick up my car on the way back through Tallahassee yesterday from the BMW dealership. Your services were very much appreciated. Thank you!

  I had my 2017 ford fusion towed this morning around 830am in Tallahassee fl. I can’t remember the guy you sent out. But I wanted the company to know he provided great customer service I mean fantastic service. Very customer friendly. He came to my location in less than six minutes. He communicated through the whole process.. He provided such good service that from now on instead of going through my insurance company I’d rather pay them if I need any Towing services. Idk know what his name is but please look in the file and let him know I greatly appreciate his service.

  I had a great experience with Lake Jackson Towing! I had an oversized truck broke down about 150 miles outside of Tallahassee. Their communication was great and they were super friendly and careful with our vehicle. Tony was the driver. Usually needing a tow can be stressful, but these guy can help ease the pain.

  David towed us one evening after our brush truck wouldnt start. Once we realized it needed significant repairs he returned the next morning and towed us to a repair shop. He showed up fast, was friendly and got our truck dropped off safe and sound. Great service! Thank you David!
