  An Outstanding Car-Buying Experience at Kraft Nissan! Kraft Nissan provided an outstanding car-buying experience—definitely not your typical dealership! The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, with absolutely none of the high-pressure sales tactics you often encounter elsewhere. Our sales representative, Ron Horton, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Cody Kraft also made himself available every step of the way, helping finalize the deal and ensuring the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Kraft Nissan truly stands behind the quality of its vehicles. When we noticed a minor blemish on our vehicle, they promptly addressed the issue, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.   I was in Florida from Texas to attend a funeral when I encountered a serious vehicle problem (Bad Fuel). I contacted Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee and was told they would try and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Receiving the vehicle around 4PM and this is a Friday afternoon, Steve and his team in the service center did a fabulous job getting my vehicle ready by 5:45 being they close at 6 not reopening until Monday. The next week Steve called to make sure I made it back to Texas with no problems. BIG THANKS!!!!!

  Car ran hot yesterday. Steaming from hood. First time. Very dependable. Nissan service technician patiently told me what to. Pull over immediately and wait for engine to cool. Carefully remove radiator cap with rag. Not reservoir. Don't get burned. Fill with water. Car should make it to dealer. It did. Just like she said. Absolutely best technician. Thanks.

  Unfortunate"Express" service and less care for loyal customers than expected or previously had. As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this dealership for services on today’s experience was disappointing. I received a clear text message stating: "REMINDER: Your PATHFINDER is scheduled with EXPRESS 11:00am...." When I arrived precisely on time, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait for a standard oil change even though there were zero other cars inline ahead of me. When I explained that I could not wait two hours, the gentleman was kind but didn't check if they could fit me in or offer a solution. Though he apologized the dealership looked fiine with me leaving and didn't bother to guide me out properly as I left which lead me stuck in a blocked off lot having to turn around on a curb and grass. After leaving, I called the service department to clarify what "Express" actually means. I was told it just means services that are quick to them. When I asked, "So texting Express is more for how you categorize it, not for the customers?" the representative replied, "Yes, I guess you could say that." The text messaging system is entirely misleading. No one tried to fix the situation. The only alternative offered was to come back first thing in the morning or late in the afternoo neither of which work with my employment schedule. It is disappointing that a business can take thousands of your dollars over the years and then show absolute indifference when their own system misleads you.

  Emailed to get a price in a 2017 Expedition EL. Edward returns my email and text and seems eager to help...until you ask for the "out the door price" and then decides to ghost you. I have the pics and emails to confirm the ghosting.
