This is a college town, I would never send my child to this store for you to send her back out without even checking her vehicle properly.

- MCMinette CorderyApr 17, 20261.0Warning ‼️ this Jiffy Lube caused significant damage to our car’s engine by inserting the air filter in backwards which caused major sensor damage to our vehicle. They refuse to answer our calls and in-person attempts to speak with management. After trying multiple times to speak with someone I contacted Jiffy Lube corporate who said someone from the Tallahassee location would contact me. Multiple more tries to both corporate and local to request for them to contact us. I was told in-person that since I had called corporate for help that this location would not do anything to help me. Keep in mind they never did anything to help me in the first place. They are unethical. Please take your car somewhere else.
