  Always, satisfied Nicole is very precessional and knows her Job. She explains in detail every aspect of your service. They guys are very nice and kind. I will recommend Furrin Auto to all of my friends

  Keep you're car purrin' with Furrin too! I am so happy with the service I received at Furrin. They were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated them taking the time to call and update me on everything. I will be returning for future needs! Thank y'all!

  They didn’t even fix my problem. I’ll start with I dropped it off, picked it up and went around the block and back bc the problem wasn’t fixed. Left it there and came back again and it STILL WASNT FIXED. Scott the owner asked me to leave it a third time for HIM TO PERSONALLY work on it himself. Claimed things needed replacing that I just had another shop replace prior to bringing in. They charged $1200 for absolutely nothing. It’s New ownership. They had my car for over a month. Claimed they did a b c & d. I Drove by and saw my vehicle parked out in the parking lot as they claimed it was in a bay. Scott the owner also claimed he would be working on my car. He wasn’t. He had someone else do it. Over all if I could give them no stars I would but it makes me pick at least one. Don’t go to Furrin. It’s not what it used to be when Tom owned it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

  I had a great experience with Furrin Auto Alley. The entire process was smooth, professional, and much faster than I expected for my BMW A special thanks to Nicole — she was absolutely outstanding. She is very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and always positive in her approach. She kept me updated throughout the process, promptly answered all my calls and messages, and made everything easy to understand. They handled my warranty work without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The best part was the turnaround time — they completed the work and delivered my car in just one day. Compared to the BMW service center, where I was asked to leave the car for three days, this was a huge difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service. Professional, efficient, and customer-focused. Highly recommend Furrin Auto Alley, and especially Nicole, for anyone looking for reliable auto service.

  I came to furrin auto on April 1st to get my car checked. They told me that it would be cheaper to get an oil change versus just getting an inspection. I paid almost $200 for an oil change and from my knowledge my grandma only paid $100 for a car inspection. On top of that my windows stopped working after I left from them. Apparently the motors went out on my front two windows. I haven’t contacted furrin since the incident I figured it would be better if I just took my car elsewhere. I do want to say whoever picked me up in the newer black suv was very kind and I enjoyed having a conversation with her! Staff wasn’t unpleasant pretty chill. My main complaint is my windows not working and being told that just getting an oil change would be cheaper than an inspection. Update: I was not overcharged and the issue with my windows were because a fuse had blew! Ms Nicole got me in the same week and fixed my windows as well as had someone else inspect my car! My car definitely needs some fixing but they are taking good care of me! Definitely recommend speaking with Ms Nicole! She’s the best!
