  Furrin Auto is a long time local favorite. I have known them for years starting down on Tennessee St by FSU and the service quality and the great people make it the only place to go !

  Over priced and they did not fix my car. I dropped my car off because the AC was blowing hot air, the radio wasn't working, suntop was leaking, and the dash board had quiet a few lights going. They charged me 2900.00 for NOTHING. When picked my car everything was nearly the same except the dash board lights, when I asked why everything wasnt fixed, the mechanic said he miss read the ticket and to leave my car AGAIN over the weekend. Well Monday morning they asked for ANOTHER 3000.00 on top of what of the 2900.00 and what the warranty company had paid. My car still isn't working properly. Horrible, and dishonest

  I took my Mercedes to the dealership first, but they turned me away because the car was older than 2010. The staff at Furrin took on the job immediately. They explained each issue in detail and most importantly the car runs great. They have earned my return visit the next time any of our vehicles need service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Furrin Auto Alley. My car developed a cascade of warning lights, and after several mechanics I know recommended Furrin, I gave them a call. From the beginning, the process was easy. I explained what was happening, they got the car in quickly, and Kevin even drove me home after I dropped it off. Throughout the day, updates, repair decisions, and authorizations were conveniently handled through text message, which made everything very straightforward. They diagnosed and repaired the car the same day. They also let me know about a few other potential issues they noticed, but there was absolutely no pressure to have additional work done. When the car was ready, Kevin came back and picked me up and drove me to the shop. The entire experience was professional, convenient, and hassle-free. Their pricing was competitive, communication was excellent, and I appreciated the way they treated us throughout the process. We will definitely be returning customers and would highly recommend Furrin Auto Alley.

  My daughter Rachel recently relocated to the Tallahassee area but before she left she had an oil change at a large national company. They absolutely botched a basic oil change on her Audi A3. Damaging the oil pan and stripping the drain plug threads. After reaching out to several Tallahassee auto repair facilities they actually referred us to Furrin Auto Alley and man were they right. John, our service advisor, was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the shop. He stayed in touch with us giving us updates as the repairs progressed. There were additional issues that they repaired for Rachel as well as doing some maintenance recommendations. The bill was large but fair, I mean it’s an Audi. We are still fighting with the large chain auto repair company for restitution for their service incompetence. As a father I am so happy that my daughter can take her car to such a wonderful auto shop. Trust and quality are two very important things in the auto repair business and Furrins delivers on both. I could not recommend them any higher.
