  Man these guys were awesome my main point of contact was Andrew and my tech was John great job and quick very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my concerns. I’d definitely give them my money any time.

  My part in this wonderful story is from 7 hrs away and a phone call to confirm car is fixed for half what another shop was charging....to replace what would have been wrong control module! Friends daughter at college, older car, at the mercy of first shop car was towed to. Not only that ... but the actual bad module for all intents and purposes is only available anymore at a dealer...these folks worked with original module and repaired/bypassed! I know thing or two about cars, this shop ought to be honored by the Governors office in same town. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, SAME EXPERIENCE AS US! Last thought...Nicole is a delight on phone.

  John and the entire staff took care of us. I was in distress my daughter’s BMW notifications came on with malfunctions and they immediately sprung into action. Took care of us the wait was pleasant the price was reasonable and I’m so grateful.

  This business is the best European specialty shop in Tallahassee. From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional. John N. especially stood out as he took the extra time to assist me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The BMW technician, Connor, did what he could and was very thorough in his work. If needed in the future I will definitely return to Furrin Auto Alley! 5 stars!

  Let me start by saying that the crew at Furrin is awesome! On my last visit, John Naeser was my Parts/Service Advisor and he kept me informed while my car was being serviced. I provided my extended warranty information to him and he worked with the company to verify what repairs would be covered. I need new tires and John recommended I go to one of the tire shops in town. I will take care of that soon but I haven't had any issues with my car since being serviced. I've had worked done at Furrin a few times and the past and would refer anyone to them over the dealership any day. Pleased with the service received.
