  I returned my car two days ago and they didn't give me a receipt confirming that (they've said they would) results: overcharging me. Everytime I try to call they make me wait and hang up the phone on my face. Terrible experience with this branch

  I have rented a lot of cars for business and personal travel, including from this location. Today’s experience will keep me from using this location in the future. I had a reservation, which was made weeks before my scheduled travel. When I arrived, I was told they were waiting on cars and nothing was available for “a few hours”. I was then told there was a car, but it wasn’t clear it was at another location until the employee pointed at me from outside and told me to get in the car with her to drive to that location, then I would drive it back for them to clean and sign the contract. I thought this solution was concerning as they were suggesting a drive an enterprise vehicle that wasn’t ready to rent and that I hadn’t signed a contract for. I opted to leave and called back a few hours later. I was told a few larger vehicles were available - none in the category I had rented (or even close to it). For what I was needing, and why I rented the car I did, I had to cancel the reservation. I understand some things, like people not returning their cars on time, are outside the hands of enterprise. But the way this was handled, and the lack of customer service was really disappointing. I rented a vehicle for a reason and all of my plans were affected from this. Contacting enterprise directly was also no help so the whole situation was just frustrating.

  Literally the BEST! The customer service is A+. Carson was very patient and understanding along with all the staff. If you are looking to rent in the Tallahassee area this is your place! Even if you are visiting and need a rental just for vacation. Thank you so much for giving me a great experience with enterprise!
