  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! After being involved in a car accident, I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. Sarah was absolutely fantastic and made the entire process so easy and stress-free! I initially thought I would need to extend my rental, but my vehicle ended up being ready sooner than expected. Sara made getting a refund for the extension quick and hassle-free. To make things even more convenient, Enterprise allowed me to leave the rental at the collision repair shop and arranged for someone to pick it which was convenient. It’s little things like this that make a huge difference, especially when you’re already dealing with the inconvenience of an accident. Sarah went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate how accommodating and helpful she was throughout the process. I highly recommend Enterprise and especially Sarah! Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  Rented a car for a week because mine was in the shop. I reserved it the day before. I live in Crawfordville, so had to order an Uber. I got about 5 minutes from my reservation time, literally down the street, when a lady calls me and tells me they have no cars. No sorry for your trouble. No we'll call you if we find one. No nothing. I will NEVER rent a car with Enterprise ever again. How do you allow a customer to make a reservation when you have NO CARS? Furthermore, why in God's name would you wait until FIVE MINUTES BEFORE MY RESERVATION to call and tell me you have no cars? I've rearranged my entire day to do this. Just ridiculous. Thanks for the wasted time and money, I will make sure I never visit another Enterprise. This was a shit sandwich. Do not recommend.

  Years ago, I tried to rent a car from the same location. I was told they no longer had my reserved rental car available. I was upset and vowed to not use Enterprise again. A trusted financial company "advertises" Enterprise. I needed a car for a day trip, so I booked with alot of hope. I could not have been more happy!! Carson checked the car out for me and taught me a few things about the 2026 Tucson. He was so kind. Sarah checked the car in and she was professional with a nice smile. They make a great team at Enterprise!! I will return. Thank you Carson and Sarah!!
