I received a confirmation call from an Enterprise representative regarding the date, time, and location. However, when I arrived, there were no vehicles available, and I had to wait for more than an hour. The employee at the location offered me a van at the same daily rate of $30 and stated that I could swap it after two days. When I returned to exchange the vehicle, he told me I could keep it if I preferred. I agreed, based on the rate he originally confirmed. Despite this, Enterprise charged me $44 per day for 17 days. This is not the rate I was quoted, and my attempts to resolve the issue have been ignored. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I no longer feel I can trust Enterprise due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I made the reservation online and within a few hours I was receiving a call they they did not have my car class. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of "Q". He mentioned something about a fleet coming in and there might be a possibly so I decided to wait to see. My scheduled reservation comes up and I decide to stop by and see if anything arrived on the fleet. To my disappointment, it had not. Q, recalled my situation from the prior day (phone conversation) and offered 2 other alternatives; one in which is a car I had been been "eyeing" to purchase. Q secures the deal and I enter my CC to proceed. It declines. Q was very patience while I sorted the details with my CC company. Long story (almost) short I was overly satisfied with my experience and will re returning to Enterprise for my future rentals.
