The closest rental center to me refused to handle the problem and offered to let me either take it to a repair shop on my own time, or to drive back and forth for an hour to exchange the vehicle at the shop I rented it from. I chose to just return it and go with someone else who came to pick me up from the rental store I was at! Never gonna make that mistake again!

Called corporate more times than I can count. As of today still waiting on $350 plus. I have placed numerous calls to your coperate office and no call back from last Thursday. I am stuck with no response and NO REFUND. Pull my name and you can read through all the calls. 290WFW... is the RA number. This is not my job to be calling since March 12th and no resolution This is completely on ENTERPRISE!!! My time is very valuable and this is ridiculous. Please respond again after doing YOUR research.
