- RMROBERT MILLSAug 8, 20265.0First Enterprise employee I met was Zay who picked me up from the local body shop and took me to the rental office. He was polite, professional, and a cautious driver. I then met Marquel Bowen who handled the rental agreement. He was polite, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I was set up in a new model Jeep Gladiator which was fun to drive. When I returned my rental, I met Taylor Smith who handled the return politely and professionally. It was a very easy and quick transaction. Again, Zay drove me back to my local body shop and again it was a great experience with him. I will return and recommend Enterprise in the future because of the professionalism and care of the three aforementioned people. Thank you all!

The reason for my 5 star review is I want to do a HUGE Shout out to Jasmine Hamilton at the Mahan location. She was very friendly, professional, and so pleasant to deal with! Not only that, but she also found me the vehicle I needed, stayed on top of it, reached back out to me directly, and got me in the new car by the end of the day! Truly what great Customer Service is all about! Thank You Jasmine for turning a negative into a huge positive! Great job!
