  The service from the person at the front desk (cannot remember his name) to being helped by Alexis with the vehicle (I think that's how you spell his name) was excellent. They were very professional and helpful. I also did not have to wait very long to get my rental even though there were several customers there. I will definitely be using that Enterprise office for my next rental.

  Agent O made everything right after all inconveniences I had during my rental period he made it work after everything and I can’t thank him enough

  First impressions are everything! Dude got mad b/c I blew my horn for him to move out the middle of the road so I can return the car. It wasn’t that deep. I had the worst experience with them today returning my rental! The salesman cursed me out, even in front of his managers!! One manager did say something to him and I appreciate that but that dude needs to be fired for carrying on the way he did! I brought the rental back a hour early plus with more gas then they gave me to start with. Maybe the dude was hot from working outside but still don’t run up to me cursing saying he’s going to put me on the no rental list lol. It’s so many rental properties lol. I spend good money and always respectful to others b/c that’s how I was raised. The other staff are wonderful it’s the one with the dreads they need to fire b/c I’m not sure if I want to even rent again b/c of him!

  I booked my reservation over 2 weeks ago and had my reservation in place. I spoke with customer on several occasions and they assured me that a vehicle would be available. The day before my reservation i get a call around 6pm starting that there are no vehicles available. And I was stuck going to 4 other locations and having to use lyft to get to each location and im speaking with reps inside store telling me one thing while I'm on the phone with customer and their telling me a totally different story while I'm inside the enterprise on west Tennessee st. I wound up having to book a last minute flight for the inconvenience and my flight get canceled for bad weather so thank you enterprise for costing me $1000's of dollars. This experience was so unprofessional and mishandled.

  If I could give a zero I would … I called to see how much deposit did I pay the last time and he refused to tell me , he quoted what’s in the contract. I stated I for fact did not pay that ungodly amount last time I rented from them and I just needed him to look it up. He asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation and I stated “no I do not “ , all I wanted was a simple yes or no, can you look up my history and tell me what I paid last time.. he said no.. I said Ty good bye .. and yes I was rude towards the end bc he refused to answer my question and was talking condescendingly. … a few minutes later I log in on the app and he cancelled my reservation!!!!!!!!!!!!
