  In person people were great, but not the live agent fella. Rude, condescending and spiteful... The price is pricey as well. I miss the old enterprise in this regard. Other than that the quality was top notch as always.

  We are extremely disappointed with Enterprise’s customer service. We came to exchange our rental car because it smelled unbearably of cigarette smoke, which is unacceptable given the price we paid and that it’s declared as a 100% non smoking car. You can even see burn marks on the center console. We were told they would see what they could do, but we were left waiting for over an hour. Then, shortly before closing, we were offered a car that was not the size we had booked. But we definitely need a car the same size for more people and luggage. Why were we left waiting for over an hour without being informed about the options? Our time was completely wasted and if we would’ve known better we could’ve left right away.

  Did not get vehicle preference. Defective Driver Seatbelt, un-useable; one tire leaked 10 pounds of pressure overnight. Mr. Boland ... was very nice to us.

  My Rental experience was perfect from start to finish. Picking up the car in Tallahassee Florida and dropping it off in Sanford Lake Mary Florida, was perfectly executed all Enterprise team members. I will definitely be using Enterprise rental car again as I have in the past many times.
