- LWLauren Wheel3 days ago1.0Horrible experience. We rented a van and returned it but left a few of our belongings behind. They had the cup and headphones we left behind but not the Nintendo switch that was attached to the headphones which doesn’t make any sense. They have not been helpful about trying to recover it, and I am very disappointed they allow people to clean the vehicles who can’t be trusted to return lost items. They were supposed to call back when the cleaning guy got there who cleaned the vehicle yesterday and never did. I will never use enterprise ever again unless they can make this right.

So far, I've had to do it twice as a result of being in car accidents where other drivers were at fault. Haven't had any negative experiences yet with their vehicles or their level of customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
