- TCTerry Coleman1 day ago5.0I could say a lot. of great things about the experience my friends and I had during our experience. But I will keep. this short it a time with bad customer service. We had a great time with our representative looking forward to the next rental
- LLLovelyOct 1, 20261.0The people that works there don’t sound pleasant.
- DWDanyelle WashingtonSep 23, 20265.0Greeted above arrival. Friendly staff. Quick and prompt assistance. No long wait. CS received was great. Will continue to this location only. This front desk agent should train other Enterprise Agents to be the same. I’ve received some bad CS from the other Enterprise. Thank you Enterprise on Tharpe Street for your extraordinary CS. Very much appreciative!
- RCRoberta CooperAug 5, 20261.0Do you like waiting because only one person works at the desk? Do you carefully select the size and type of car that fits your trip needs but also like getting surprised with a totally different vehicle when you show up? Do you like it when your AC goes out so you spend an hour on hold? If yes, this is the place for you. Be prepared to wait, wait and wait some more. You should probably get your CDL license because they only have minivans service trucks or larger even though you reserved a regular car. And if you don’t like it, it’s your new job to call all the other branches and ask them if they have the car you originally reserved which makes you an unpaid Enterprise employee so go fetch or sweat in peace. So go ahead and rent with Enterprise if this seems like a good time for you!

When we had issues with the vehicle (hard for my wife to get in and out of with her injuries from the wreck). He swapped out the vehicle with no questions asked.
