  My experience with Enterprise at the Tallahassee Airport was extremely disappointing. There was only one employee working, and I waited so long, just to get assistance, only for the issue to still not be resolved. The vehicle I reserved was in unacceptable condition. The minivan shakes/vibrates once I reach a certain speed, which made me feel genuinely unsafe driving it. I asked if I could exchange the vehicle, but I was told they had nothing available and that I could either call or drive around to other Enterprise locations myself to see if another vehicle was available. That is not the type of customer service I expected from Enterprise. I shouldn't have to spend my time calling or driving around looking for a safe replacement for a vehicle that I was given. What bothered me most was the complete lack of concern or remorse. There was no real effort to resolve the situation, just a feeling of “you're stuck with it, good luck.” I really hate being put in this type of position, especially when safety is involved. I expected much better from Enterprise, and unfortunately, this experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company.

  Toni Jones is awesome!!! She was very professional and kept things moving smoothly!! The kind lady who I returned the car to yesterday was wonderful!!! Anyone who can smile working out in the 95 degree heat has my respect!!! I will rent from Enterprise again because of them!!! Don’t let those two get away with!!! Bruce Rye Tallahassee FL

  Reserved a rental car 3 weeks in advance when we got there there was no rental cars available had to pay someone to drive me from Bainbridge Georgia to Tallahassee fl to get a rental car because that's the only place close enough to get one me and my family was on vacation and we're stranded without this rental car. My original reservation was for $279 with a $300 deposit for the week when I got to Tallahassee it increased to $379 and a $400 deposit when I asked the young lady at the front desk Why it increased if you're the same the same Enterprise she stated that they can charge more at the airport but why should I pay more if I had a reservation and one Enterprise and you guys didn't have a car there and I had to pay someone to bring me to the Tallahassee Enterprise because that was the only way that me and my family would have a vehicle while we are on vacation in Bainbridge Georgia. My experience was terrible the manager at the Bainbridge Enterprise tried his best to solve the problem I would like to thank him for trying.
