- JAJessica Anderson2 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience with the Enterprise team at TLH Airport. For my Oct 6-8 rental, I was set up with a gorgeous, spotlessly clean car that I felt extremely safe driving. Despite my arrival coinciding with heavy rains, my rental vehicle handled wet roadways without any problems whatsoever. The fact this car was so well maintained and ready for the adverse weather is clear evidence of the quality this team works hard to deliver. But what truly set this experience apart was the level of care and dedication to spectacular customer service. When my coworker and I arrived to drop off our rental, Ken greeted us with the warmest, most welcoming smile. He answered all of our questions, and then he went so far above and beyond it barely seems like enough words to express how much we appreciate him. When we were unloading our bags, Ken didn't hesitate for a second to help us fix one of our carryons whose zipper had become misaligned and wouldn't close no matter how hard we tried. I'm fairly certain that spending time repairing a suitcase zipper in the humid Florida heat is very much not his job, but he did it anyway, because he is a genuinely fantastic human being. He saved us from the headache of traveling with a half-open suitcase, the embarrassment of not being able to open it for TSA, and possibly even missing our flight. Ken, may both sides of your pillow always stay cool, may your cereal never get soggy, and may you never run out of hair ties. This world needs more folks like you. Thank you, Ken, and thank you to the entire TLH Enterprise team for the fantastic work you do.
