  Easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life, I travel and rent cars constantly. This was spectacularly bad. 4 individuals working behind the counter, name tags covered for 3/4 Roscoe was the only name tag visible. Sunday 6/7/2026 at 5pm. Major issues with my reservation, they did everything they could to try and get me to just leave so they could avoid working altogether. All for were incredibly rude, dismissive, and totally inappropriate in every way. All 4 seemed heavily intoxicated. I rarely leave reviews, in this case it's not only important you avoid for the reasons above, but these "workers" also legitimately were discussing criminal activities amongst themselves at full volume. All 4 should be terminated immediately in my opinion, I believe the rental company right next door is also owned by enterprise, both females working there also appeared intoxicated and belligerent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  Booked at Rental two weeks in advance. Got to the Rental to pick it up in the morning before we were leaving for vacation and they had no cars available. Went out to the airport to try to get a car there, Enterprise did not have any and their attitude was horrible ended up going with budget and had a great experience. We rent from Enterprise all the time and not sure we will again. And i am a valued member that rents every other month.

  I used my American Express account to book my Enterprise rental. When I got to the desk, the agent told me that because I had scheduled it that day for pickup an hour later, that there were no available vehicles for rent (even though I was able to get a reservation made). I was told that they would call me about two hours after I got there when some of the rentals had returned, but no one calls. I called 3 hours later and got the standard call center who said that the location would call me soon - they never did. When I showed up the next morning, I had gotten my reservation scheduled (with a $400 refundable deposit) with the new agent and received my reservation. He had forgotten to make my drop off location Tampa, but he said it would be changed on his end shortly when he changed it. I got the new email confirmation. I had some issues with the rental car and told the company, they gave me a discount on my rental and I got the new confirmation email. When I looked at all 3 emails side by side, the second confirmation made my refundable deposit ~$190 with my weekly rate being increased and the last email having my weekly rate less than the initial and the deposit being ~$397. Either the company or the local desk tried making me pay an extra ~$210 when I did not agree to that when they had to fix my drop off location. I reached out and asked about why my deposits had changed multiple times and instead of receiving a response through text or by call, I had a new confirmation email sent with my deposit being changed to ~480. I had a horrible experience with getting the car and when looking at my agreements. It seems to me like they were trying to cover up something shady that the agents did to me. I will never use Enterprise again unless this was just a one off experience. Edit: Even worse off, when I got the reservation confirmation for turning my car back in, the estimation went up to $715. This is ridiculous because when I turned it in, the end goal was ~$581. I will never be using Enterprise again because how can I plan out a trip when I can’t plan when I will be able to get my rental car and how much I will be spending on my rental car.

  I reserved a car. Was told they did not have the car I reserved and then watched as they rented the car I reserved to everyone else. This is beyond a joke. It shouldn't allow me to place a reservation for something they don't have. I have rented with Enterprise for years with my company. I will changing that going forward. Beyond pissed at this point
