  I reserved a car. Was told they did not have the car I reserved and then watched as they rented the car I reserved to everyone else. This is beyond a joke. It shouldn't allow me to place a reservation for something they don't have. I have rented with Enterprise for years with my company. I will changing that going forward. Beyond pissed at this point

  we have a problem and only the brach can fix and i have been on the phone for over 2h calling and calling and they dont answer... Christopher to reply to your concern we already called customer service a ticket was open and nothing can be done because the branch didn't scan the car upon return. This is our second time having a problem with an enterprise car and customer service cant do anything is the branch whom has to solve it ans its ridiculous that they can't answer the phone.

  A major part of the convenience is actually reserving my car and being able to pick it up on time. Recently every time I come to pick up the rental I reserved, no one is ever at the desk. I travel every other week and this is the 2nd time in a month no one was at the enterprise desk. So then they move all these rentals over to Alamo or national and each transaction takes like 20 mins. If I reserved the car, I still have to wait with others who are picking up a car at the desk. My company frequently used rental cars and I would rather pick any other place. The one thing they do well is basic. They have the car I reserved ready for pick up. Enterprise is also one of the only companies that has people in the parking lot where I can drop the keys off and go. Every time I park there is usually someone there. But the customer service at the airport desk needs to improve tremendously.

  I am deeply disappointed with the service at this location. I had a confirmed, insurance-related booking. Despite verifying the car would be available when returning to Tallahassee, I was told otherwise upon arrival. Standing in line for 30 minutes only to be turned away without a car is an unacceptable failure of service. Management was indifferent to the fact that I was left stranded. I had to arrange my own transport, and I expect a resolution for this experience

  I wish there was a -10 (they deserve it) because of my years of renting with Enterprise Rentals (Mahan location). The agent that assisted me was a young female with unprofessional and tactless behavior that used her position to abuse a loyal customer because I raised questions about HER behavior.
