  We had a great experience working with Junior! Junior was very knowledgeable, was patient in showing us multiple vehicles, answered all of our many questions all with no high pressure sales tactics and then kept us informed with video statuses during the week before we could pick up our new car. He was very professional and took the stress out of buying a new car. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Volvo.

  Junior was amazing! The whole process was quick and easy! He quickly found the perfect car that checked off all the boxes on my wishlist! He worked with me to get the best deal and didn’t pressure me into any add ons or unnecessary upgrades! I highly recommend you talk to Junior next time you’re in the market for a new car!

  We had an extremely frustrating experience with Capital Volvo Tallahassee. From the beginning, it felt like we were getting a complete runaround. Over the course of 4 days, we received inaccurate finance sheets multiple times—with incorrect taxes and totals—and it was surprisingly difficult to get clear, consistent information. Communication was also a major issue. It was very hard to get a call back, and we often had to chase updates ourselves just to move things forward. Despite being fully approved and ready to put 50% down, we were stuck waiting on a corrected final finance sheet. On Saturday morning at 9am, our salesman told us he wasn’t busy and would send the corrected finance sheet right away so we could send over payment and complete the purchase. After waiting for hours and trying to follow up, we ultimately received a text message saying the car had been sold while we were waiting. We even asked about another vehicle, but management showed little interest in making the situation right. We ended up purchasing through Volvo Cars North Miami, and the experience was completely different—seamless, accurate, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The numbers were correct the first time, communication was clear, and the entire process was quick and easy (including delivery). If you’re considering Capital Volvo Tallahassee, be aware—it was unnecessarily difficult to get basic information or complete a purchase. We highly recommend Volvo North Miami instead. It’s absolutely worth the small delivery fee.
