  Junior P. Was the best salesperson to work with, he was honest fair and extremely helpful. Coming from peter boulware where they apraised our 2021 toyota venza le for 13,000$ when here at capital they offered us the fair amount od 23,000. Not only that but the prices are just as advertised. Very happy with my new XC 40 and will definitely be recomending this dealer to anyone looking for a new car!

  Overall a positive experience. My first visit was for a scheduled-days-in-advanced oil change. I arrived an hour early but unfortunately the oil change took approximately 3 hours (I was there ~4hrs). I gave them a second chance and have since taken my VW there two more times for service procedures. My subsequent visits have been more appropriate wait times. I plan on continuing to take my car here for service jobs. Pros: 1) Friendly professional staff 2) Customer satisfaction is their top priority 3) Quality of work seems to be good Cons (2 of these are expected, so technically only 1 single con exists): A) They do try to upsell on the typical items (for example, I replaced my own air filter about 30 days prior and yet they told me my cabin air filter and engine air filter both needed to be changed). B) Wait times can potentially be hit-or-miss. C) Prices for parts+labor are what you'd typically expect from a dealership (more expensive than other shops). Should you take your vehicle here? Overall, yes, I would recommend Capital Volkswagen to anyone with a Euro car looking for dealership-quality service work and a professional staff.

  I got a beautiful 2023 Tiguan SE with so many cool features! I’ve been to about 6 other dealerships in town and felt incredibly uneasy the entire time. Other dealerships made me feel like a prisoner waiting for yard time. They would be unprepared with documents, didn’t even have the car I set the appointment to drive (after lying about it), or made me wait hours to pressure me into paying ridiculous amounts for warranties I don’t want. I walked out on all of them. No one wants to be bullied like that! A couple of them literally chased me out the door into the parking lot when I left because I felt physically unwell. Point being, I appreciated the laid back attitude with quick procedures, and honesty.

  My husband and I looked and I couldn’t decide the day of the visit what exactly I wanted. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle but wanted to make sure. I never felt pressured or harassed. Junior Perez was top tier when it came to information needed and questions had and I had MANY!!! Mr. Perez kept in touch and made the process seamless even when I changed my mind.
