  From a 19 year old college girl, they were the most patient staff I’ve met. My car was smoking so I called the closest car place and before I got to the store, they helped me step by step to get there safely or how to solve the problem otherwise. Got to the store and they were nonjudgmental, helpful, and investigated everything just to help me even if they couldn’t solve it themselves. Identified the problem, told me where I could find the best prices, and when I tried to repay them just brushed off the situation saying they just wanted to help people. Truly in awe of the customer service that saved my car (and probably my life). Highly recommend for those clueless about cars since they definitely could’ve taken advantage of the situation and chose to be honest and helpful instead. It’s refreshing to come across good people like that nowadays so THANK YOU Anthony, Reginald, and Floyd. Will be returning with confidence if something else comes up. Oh, and gave me a free Powerade after I cried.

  My car battery died and I had to go on some side quests to end up at this autozone. I was skeptical and ready to give up until Mr. Richard A. introduced himself and got to work on replacing the battery. He answered all my questions, was tedious and neat as well as friendly. Next time my car needs anything I'm requesting Mr. Richard A.

  Helpful and courteous staff. They're having some supply chain issues, but that's pretty much everywhere these days. They were going above and beyond to help a middle-aged lady who needed a new battery cable installed.

  The people who work here are incredibly kind and helpful. I came here armed and ready to fix my stuff on my own with nothing but google tutotials as my guide, but the staff went out of their way to check in and see if I needed help, and were super patient and sweet with me when I was worried about asking for too much - the supplies I had bought were cheap (under 20$) and the place was busy so it didn't just feel like I was a customer, it felt like they actually cared enough to take away from their own time just to make sure I as a person was alright.

  i was lied to about a part that I called for and later that same morning I needed another part. I went inside the store on north Monroe and I asked about both parts and they were there in store. I walked out of the store without purchasing the part. I'm waiting on O'Reilly's. I've done business with AutoZone for over 30 years but never again.
