  Joseph was awesome and a life saver for me today. I came in needing a new air filter and key fob battery. He was able to find both quickly for me and even helped install the new fob battery. Highly recommend!

  I purchased two sets of brake pads last year 2025. semi-metallic, one set in April and one set in November. I returned the ones from April after I bought the set in November. Apparently, whomever damaged returned them pretty much damage return the November ones I had just bought (they should've damage return the April pads} so that left the pads from April still an active warranty in the system. Either way, I knew I had an active warranty on one of the semi metallic but I upgraded to ceramic pad 2 days ago. (I drive a lot) I had the young lady look them up before I purchased the ceramic. I saw them on the screen with my own 2 eyes. I had them changed. Fast forward to today, I went in to return the old pads which had a active warranty and Rannell (not Joseph), (first of all, he had me to come in the office, don't know why...no customers were in the store plus literally this was something that should've taken about 3 minutes) he faked looked up my warranty and kept saying he didn't see the semi metallic brake pads under the account. The ceramic ones kept popping up only. But I told him I knew for sure...he told me he didn't know what to tell me because the ceramic ones were the only ones in the system. I told him I literally saw them on the screen the other day and that I use to work at Autozone and lifetime warranties just don't disappear. Now all of a sudden, he look up the warranty correctly and there they were. the brake pads in April and the brake pads from November, he made it seem like I returned the ones in April. Now I hadn't worked at Autozone in 3 years so things on the screen looks different. so he kept telling me I had to return the ceramic pads that I had just bought 2 days ago. I kept telling him, then I would have no warranty at all and I knew I should have had a active warranty. Anyways, I returned the ceramic ones, but I remember seeing them active beside the semi metallic brake pads from April, so I called him and I told him he should've returned those. He told me because they were purchased a year ago that I couldn't and that they were bought over 90 days. WHAT?! I worked at Autozone from 2013 to 2022 all the up to a store manager at that very same store and I don't remember not being able to damage return an active LIFETIME warranty part, that also doesn't make sense. He even was going back and forward with me over the phone. Whenever I was talking he would take over me, I told him we can't talk at the same time. He was very unprofessional and CLEARLY has a lack of knowledge of his job. Now the ceramic brake pads that are on my car don't have a warranty and there is just a lingering active semi-metallic pads in the system with a lifetime that HE WOULDN'T RETURN. What happen to taking care of the customer? Because what was it going to hurt for him to return the correct pads, either way he made a return but messed up m my warranty. I'm dissappointed.

  Ronnell knew exactly what I needed and even installed my blinker bulb. Then the store registers all flaked out at once with a store full of customers and he kept a great attitude anf fixed the problem
