The vehicle I received was very nice very clean enjoy driving it to gas. Monitor is really great on it. Considered the gas prices today. Once I finish with my rental turn it in turn in agent was Shakira. She was very nice. She met me in the parking lot with a big smile asked me how was my experience and I told you it was great and she said the vehicle was still very clean and I said well I’m not a messy person and she laughed and she checked the vehicle out looked in and got the mileage. Gas looked all through the car. make sure everything was fine what it was and she said have a great day.

I had a very good experience with Alamo Rental Car @ Tallahassee Airport I want to give a special shout-out to Dorian and Toni for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the rental process smooth and pleasant. Also, a shout-out to Ken, who assisted with returning the rental and made that process easy as well. The overall service was great, and I was very pleased with my experience. I’ll definitely rent be renting with Alamo again. It will be a blink of the eye for my next rental! 😊 Thank you to the team for taking good care of me!

I had what was starting out to be a scary experience turn into a great experience thanks to Jazaria G. I had booked through a third-party and it left me with unexpected fees, to the point I thought I would be stranded in Tallahassee. She was incredibly patient while I got everything sorted out. I never felt like I was rushed at any time. The vehicle I had rented was unavailable also, but she gave me information about the new vehicle and assured me that it would be fuel efficient— which it was. Also, with it being my first time in that city, she made it easy for me to find my way through the airport to my vehicle. Not only did she do all of this, but she stayed past her time for her break to make sure I was completely taken care of, instead of passing me over to another agent that had no idea of what was going on with my situation. That level of customer service is rare and I really do hope that management recognizes her dedication and outstanding customer service.
