- BBBrxdy6 days ago5.0Had a great experience with Alamo at the Tallahassee Airport! Mrs. Tahembi and Szyjuan Alvarez were both very friendly and helpful. They helped us get a great deal with discounts, and the entire rental process was quick and efficient. The vehicle was also nice and clean. Would definitely rent from Alamo again!

- JMJay MAug 8, 20261.0Horrible service, stay away! On 8 Aug 26 around 10pm I returned a rental car to exchange it for another, as I needed a one way rental to Atlanta. The manager working tonight refused to rent me another rental car, even though I had my FL military exemption card and Active Duty ID card that verified my license was still valid until I separated from the service. Keep in mind I just rented a vehicle from this company a few days ago. I travel a lot and I have never had a rental car agency deny me service or anyone who was unwilling to look into the issue if they had concerns. If they weren't sure, they verified and always confirmed my license was acceptable. The Alamo manager that was on duty was extremely unhelpful and refused to even confirmed even though it was completely obvious she had no idea what she was talking about. I was able to walk next door Avis and get a rental with zero issues. Please train your employees better!

We laughed and smiled and it made the experience extremely pleasant which is sometimes rare in an Airport setting . She was extremely thorough. The secondary representative who showed me to my vehicle was extremely pleasant as well and based on the custom service alone would recommend using Alamo! Thanks to the leadership who may of trained these representatives!
