  I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the two women working the desk at the Tallahassee Alamo location tonight (morning of 7/4 technically). Unfortunately, I didn’t catch either of your names, but your kindness and willingness to help made a stressful travel day so much easier. After multiple flight delays, we were expecting to sleep in the airport until pickup at 7:30 AM the next morning. They were able to adjust our rental reservation so we could pick up our car just minutes before closing instead. Getting into St George at 4:00 AM isn’t exactly ideal, but it’s a whole lot better than 9:00 AM! Thank you both for going above and beyond to help us. Your flexibility and great customer service made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate it.

  We always rent through Alamo/National and we absolutely love Toni Jones. She always helps us. We will actually rent from there even if they are a little higher just because we had such a great experience with Toni and always know she will take care of us.
