  I recently had to have a patch put in my tire and I went to this location. I had a great experience and I strongly recommend this place. The whole experience was exceptional. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

  Turning a Tough Wait Around I brought my vehicle in for a synthetic oil change and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Unfortunately, communication broke down and the wait stretched into three hours. However, the manager, Scott, was absolutely wonderful. Once I spoke with him, he took immediate accountability, checked on my vehicle, and got the team moving to finish the job right away. While the initial delay was frustrating, Scott’s professional, kind, and quick response completely saved the experience. Thank you, Scott, for your excellent customer service!

  Good, honest people. I walked in on a Sunday and they went above and beyond to check my tires for leaks. They tell you exactly what you need and do what needs to be done with no runaround.

  Saturday my son and I went to El Tapito restaurant for lunch. ( Was excellent) We then went to Publix to get ice cream. Well, after that, bad luck hit us hard. The car wouldn't turn over. Turn the key, nothing. I never had this happen, so I took the ice cream to Publix and put in the freezer. I had noticed Mavis had recently opened. I went there to see if they would help. The shop manager came and tested the battery. It was good. They said they could put a starter on. Amazingly, we pushed the car to their parking lot. It took them a little over an hour and we were on the way home. (After retrieving our ice cream.) I discussed tires with the sales manager and will switch from Sam's to there when I need tires. I didn't have much cash to give the mechanic as a tip. When I am in that plaza again I will give him more. Thanks to the crew at Mavis. Nice crew.

  I would give zero stars if possible please avoid this place at all costs and have a general idea of your vehicles status before you bring it in. I brought in my vehicle to have tires replaced. The staff tried to sell me a battery which I replaced three days prior as well as lug nuts which were priced at $7 to $11 per piece. The staff also tried to tell me they were unable to remove the lug nuts due to swelling however when I left the facility after declining any services due to this horrible sales pitch and attempt at up charging, my left front tire lug nuts were loose because they had been removed and never tightened back. Initially they denied ever touching the car and claimed the lugs couldn’t be loose. This place is a scam and is looking to make every dollar possible. I took my vehicle to another Mom and pop facility in the same town lug nuts being swollen was never even a mention, and the tires were exchanged without difficulty.
