  All employees I had contact with were very nice. My whole transaction was really fast and clear which is the goal.

  Ill 5 star if I'm taken care of properly My car was stolen then got a new car . Within a week it was crashed into. So again I gotta get a rental. They noted this entire situation on my reservation but enterprise employee setup a reservation to a non existent location that still has an active Google page profile that says its open so I ubered there and couldn't locate location so I called phone number which was inactive so I had to annoyingly change location again and take another Uber to different closest location . I spent over 40$ on ubers because of an employees mistake. I politely and respectfully explained situation to new locations employee and was provided no service recovery or discount or anything even though I was beyond reasonably understanding. I asked to maybe get an upgrade from an embarrassing Mitsubishi mirage. I was told it'd be extra 20$ a day even though it was available and not booked. I was disappointed that I was financially burdened without any sort of compensation or upgrade and its just kind of messed up.

  I came in under an insurance claim to repair my truck and Ricky from the start was very helpful. Knowing that I came as early as possible they tried to secure me another truck to use for work while my personal vehicle was getting repaired. They gave me the top of the line truck for my insurance daily quote and sent me on my way in a 2026 f150 with all the bells and whistles. While I do regret giving it back in, my truck was finished and I had to get back in the old girl and man was this whole experience great.   Had a rental for two days given to me as loaner by Kia. I barely used it and they said I used 7 gallons of gas in two days. Ridiculous the gave me 1 dollar back if my 50 dollar deposit. The care was used for an hour between those two days to get to work which is 7 minutes away from my house
