  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service Ask for Nick! I rented a car from Enterprise today, and I have to say that Nick Englert, the Branch Manager, provided an exceptional level of customer service that is truly unmatched. I had an issue involving my rewards, and instead of simply telling me there was nothing that could be done, Nick listened, took the time to understand the situation, and went above and beyond to find a way to help me. I also had another issue and he fixed as well. That kind of service makes a lasting impression. At the end of the day, people are what make a location great, and Nick is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. I also have to give credit to the entire location the process was quick, smooth, and efficient. You’re in and out without wasting your time, which is exactly what you want when renting a vehicle. Enterprise should be proud to have someone like Nick leading this branch. If you visit this location, ask for Nick. You’ll immediately understand why great customer service starts with great people. Highly recommended! And yes I took my time to write it because it mattered

  Most awful experience renting a car while my car was being repaired My Insurance company set up reservation When o Picked up car the only 1 available Missing 2 hubcaps and speedometer not able to be read Said would replace in pm Car promised became unavailble Went to another Enterprise Told only vehicle was Jeep Wrangler Had no choice We are in our 80’s and my husband almost fell getting out of it Enterprise told us to go to FL airport Went there and returned Wrangler and then told no car available Finally got a Nissan but our car was ready so returned it next am Only had driveable vehicle for 11 hours Our insurance paid them for 3 days and Enterprise continues to bill us for additional charges This company does not care about their customers or their safety. Had numerous conversations with their staff but unable to reolve charges Would encourage people to avoid dealing with them!! They are crooks

  Ask for Bruno! He’s fast and very knowledgeable and helpful. My car was stolen and he worked with my insurance company to quickly get a rental for me. Great job!

  Great experience renting from this location! The car was clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole process was fast and easy. Big shoutout to Nick, the manager, and Bruno, the assistant manager, for being so helpful and making everything go smoothly. Definitely recommend this place if you need a rental!
