  Attention received for the Customer Service associate was beyond expected, respectful, cooperative, resolve problems I really appreciate this kind of experience in today's days when many workers seams are there not to help you but just because need the money.

  We’ll I have to admit I know nothing about cars and that includes window wipers. When I came in the store I was greeted and taken care of right away. The help I received was really great and I didn’t feel like I was being hit over the head with a ridiculous price. Juan explained to me in detail how they work, the sizes and what makes them different. He helped with putting them on my car and showed me how to remove the old ones and replace the new ones. For in the event I ever needed to replace them myself now I know how to. I’m grateful for the help and the great customer service.

  Oh my God, Juan and Edward at advance auto parts saves my life. They gave me the tools they helped me out. I was able to change the battery with no problem. That’s what you call. Great customer service keep up the good work guys.

  I had an outstanding experience with Shawn at AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He not only helped me change my battery, but also took the time to locate all the parts I needed for my brake rotors and pads. What really stood out was his willingness to assist hands-on—he even helped me get everything set up in my car. Shawn was incredibly courteous, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. On top of that, he went the extra mile by applying a discount coupon to help me save on my brake parts, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Shawn’s professionalism and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit AutoZone!

  I went here for a battery replacement and i Must say i had such a great time experience with Juan ,who was helpful informative and switched out my battery in a decent amount of time And Malik the other rep there was nice also, overall i will go back to this location Just because of the great customer service .
